Breakfast options were cool for us. Hotel had little perks like coffee, water/sparkling water, and the gym available 24 hours. We stayed in a standard king and although it was nice and met our needs, it was pretty compact, so next time we’ll get a double room just for more space.

This was all brought to the attention of the front desk people and management and absolutely nothing was done to address the situation with me. Each person I communicated with at the front desk said that they told a manager regarding and when I spoke to the manager they said that they didn't hear anything about it. I think they got some sort of a system going on here and they are protecting people or this is just a common occurance at this hotel by the staff. I'm not really sure. I was told that somebody would be in communication with me to check in with me and I heard nothing. I contacted corporate IHG and then after that management contacted me advising me that they would be doing something and I never heard anything from them. All very disappointing experience. I expect more from all these establishments these days.
