The check in process was a little rough due to issues with my company card and had nothing to do with the hotel. Debbie, the front desk clerk, was patient and understanding the whole time. After getting settled in my room, I went out to dinner with coworkers. When I came back, I noticed that the touch screen dial for the AC was not working correctly. I went downstairs and let Debbie know the issue I was having. She didn’t even hesitate and moved me to another room. This evening, I ordered DoorDash. Even though the app notifies me when the order is dropped off, Debbie called up to my room and let me know as well. Management, PLEASE be aware of the rare gem you have on your hand and give her a raise. It has been 1 night and I feel so taken care of and comfortable!!! Her customer service and kindness is much appreciated for a business traveler who has never had an experience like this.

- OKOz KirFeb 2, 20262.0It is a small, modern looking place, I needed a place for one night, rooms are small, no closet or drawers which I didn't need for overnight sleep but beds were too soft, no back support, couldn't do it for more than one night. But real issue was the cockroachs, I notices a black spot in the shower but didn't pay attention much, went out and came back, it multiplied and the new one was moving, there were one death and one moving one. Front desk lady felt so bad, she said someone must have brought them in but come on..She offered to change the room but I killed it already, was tired and wanted to sleep which took awhile; even though I was in a corner room, too much of noise was coming from the other room.
