Ray was working this night and gave me excellent customer service and genuinely tried to help us out however he was able in our time of need. It wasn't much but Ray helped us out with some of the breakfast fruit and granola bar snacks and was very courteous when we were down and out. Specific to the room it was pretty basic and small what you would expect but it was actually pretty nice and very clean. We took a shower, hit the hay, and within 5 or 6 hours in and out with a shuttle back to the airport.

The young man at the front desk was so kind and understanding. He offered my boyfriend and I some free snacks and drinks and a toothbrush/toothpaste bc we literally had nothing. We couldn't get our bags bc it was a connecting flight. Really impressed by the hospitality here.
