- EBErin BrowneMar 28, 20265.010/10 Wonderful hotel. Stayed here during a busy race weekend and staff was incredibly accommodating. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. Amenities totally exceeded expectations. I had a few logistical issues that hotel staff was VERY accommodating to. Shoutout Jonathan and Eric!
- JMJulie MccanlessMar 13, 20265.0I cannot say enough positive things about our stay here. We stayed for 10 days and had a great experience. First I need to mention Kelly. He is possibly the BEST front desk staff I have ever dealt with at any hotel. He is very nice, extremely knowledgeable, quick to fix any issue no matter how small and he handles the cranky guest with grace. Second thing is the housekeeping staff. They are amazing! They go above and beyond. My husband was working nights and they would wait until he left at 5:30pm to clean our room. No other hotel has ever done that for us. Third thing is that the entire hotel is spotless from top to bottom. Nothing was ever out of place. I put the luggage cart outside my room while I unpacked and when I went to take it downstairs it was already taken down for me. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

For all the 6 hotels that I made for the trip this is the only hotel that doesn’t issue a refund or a credit for the emergency situation. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to the lack of respect and the manager was pretty rude.
