    Needed a place close to the airport before an early morning flight and this was perfect. Clean room, comfortable bed, rideshare got us there quick.

    We were in Austin for a weekend and this hotel made everything easy. Close to the airport but also not far from all the fun stuff downtown. The front desk gave us great recommendations!

    I expected a better experience from a Best Western Plus hotel. Don't get there early for check-in, or you'll be expected to pay a $25 early check-in charge even if you're a Best Western Diamond member. Don't ask for an extra room key, as you'll likely be told they don't have enough keys to provide an extra. Don't expect a very good breakfast, one morning of my stay the sausage was barely edible. The hotel was noisy both inside and out. I could hear the person in the room next door talking & snoring, I was woken by them one morning around 5am. And the hot water was lukewarm at best for the entire stay. I like the location, both for the proximity of my business there, as well as the airport. However, I'll look for other choices when I'm in Austin next.
