This hotel has gotten a minor room upgrade since the previous time I stayed, TV is nicer is about all though. Curtains still stained with holes, elevator doesn’t work, doors are exit only and morning and I stress Morning staff is incompetent. I was even told by a local to not stay here and I rolled the dice, Lesson learned b because I shortened my stay and had a great stay at the Best Western!

I called not even 2 hours after check out. (No 24 hour hold, at least?) Anyways, we worked out the issue and they sent me a 2 free night stay, good until this December. Great, right? Wrong. Now they no longer want to honor the gift card they sent me. I have made multiple phone calls and sat on the phone for hours (literally, one phone call 1.5 hours and the 2nd phone call 1 hour), left voicemails, have not received emails that were supposedly sent, and have been hung up on. 0/10. This review probably won’t affect them in anyway but does make me feel a bit better.
