The desk people,both night and day were so helpful and kind. Our room was clean.And large compared to some other motels.Plus it was very quiet and in a good location next to stores and eateries. We will definitely be back again!

This hotel has gotten a minor room upgrade since the previous time I stayed, TV is nicer is about all though. Curtains still stained with holes, elevator doesn’t work, doors are exit only and morning and I stress Morning staff is incompetent. I was even told by a local to not stay here and I rolled the dice, Lesson learned b because I shortened my stay and had a great stay at the Best Western!

I tried calling and was put on hold for over 15 minutes poor customer service
