The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made the experience outstanding was the front desk staff, especially Shelby. The A/C got cold just how I liked it. The mattresses were just right, I probably had the best sleep I ever gotten. Breakfast was delicious! From the moment I arrived, Shelby was warm and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of, answered every question with patience, and even helped recommend local restaurants to try (The Boathouse was amazing). You can tell she truly cares about guests and takes pride in her work. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and I hope management knows how valuable Shelby is — she’s awesome!
