    Totally misled by staff and manager. Left three messages for a return call and was told I would be contacted. Then sent two emails and never received any correspondence until I disputed room charge on my credit card. Very very unprofessional approach to business. Never again at this place. Let the buyer beware is their motto.

    Aside from the deathtrap of an elevator that squeaks and grinds as it moves and the house keeping barging in at 6PM, there's nothing good to say about the location other than the rates a re cheap...

    The toilet continuously clogged during our stay, and the handle eventually broke. The sink also drained extremely slowly and would back up. On top of that, housekeeping never serviced my room, despite my request—so the room remained unkept the entire stay. I booked a 2-night stay with my three children for spring break while visiting Six Flags and Epic Water Park, so these issues were extremely inconvenient and disappointing. I did report the problems at the concierge desk on the second day while heading out with my family. Brandon offered a room change, but I declined because it would have been more of an inconvenience at that point. It was already after 6 PM, we wouldn’t return until close to midnight, and we were scheduled to check out early the next morning at 7:30 AM. Brandon and Kash were the only highlights of this stay—they were helpful, kind, and did what they could to assist. They are the only reason I gave any stars at all. I attempted to call about the issues I experienced the first evening and following day, but the phones were disconnected. As for “Guny,” who I was told is the GM—I spoke with her regarding my concerns during and after checkout, and she was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. When I initially called, she acted confused and unfamiliar with my complaint—until I mentioned contacting Guest Services. At no point did she apologize, offer solutions, or show any level of concern. She only asked whether a room change had been offered, which completely missed the point. She informed me there was a manager above her who would receive my complaint and that I could call back around noon. That was this past Wednesday, and I have yet to receive any follow-up—no call, no email, nothing. Additionally, the outdoor pool was dirty, visibly mucky, and closed during our entire stay. This was one of the amenities we expected and paid for, so not having access to it was another major disappointment. I have stayed in many hotels for both work and leisure, and none have been as disappointing as this experience. I would have booked elsewhere, but unfortunately, surrounding hotels were unavailable.

    BEWARE DO NOT BOOK ROOMS HERE FOR YOUR FAMILY VACAYS! WE CAME 6 HOURS AWAY AND ACCIDENTALLY DOUBLE BOOKED 2 ROOMS THE DOUBLE BOOKING WAS ADDRESSED BEFORE WE EVEN GOT TO THE HOTEL BY FRONT DESK RICHARD AND ADVISED NO WORRIES JUST COME IN YOU HAVE THE 1 ROOM BOOKED AND WE'LL CANCEL THE OTHER ROOM! THE HOTEL CHARGED US STILL FOR BOTH ROOMS AND GM WAS TRYING TO SAY THAT BOTH ROOMS GOT CONFIRMED CHECK IN WHEN WE GOT IN WHICH IS CRAP BECAUSE WE ONLY GOT 1 CARD KEY FOR 1 ROOM AND MADE SURE TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE FROM THE START! THIS WAS AN ERROR ON HER FRONT STAFFS END AND NOW THE GENERAL MANAGER FALGUNI NAGLA GOT AN ATTITUDE WITH MY HUSBAND AND ME IN FRONT OF OUR KIDS THAT SHE WOULDN'T CANCEL THE ROOM THAT WE NEVER HAD A CARD KEY TO OR NEVER HAD ACCESS TOO BECAUSE SHE SAID IT WOULD MAKE THEM LOSE MONEY BUT I'M LIKE WE ONLY STAYED IN ONE ROOM AND YOUR FRONT STAFF MADE THE MISTAKE! SHE WENT A HID IN THE BACK OFFICE OF THE FRONT AND WOULD NOT COME OUT AND TALK TO US SHE SAID SHE HAD TO GET AHOLD OF RICHARD THE MAN WHO CHECKED US IN AND I DON'T THINK SHE'S EVEN TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF HER FRONT REP RICHARD SHE DOESN'T WANT TO CANCEL THE ROOM WE NEVER STAYED IN! WE RIGHTFULLY WANT TO PAY FOR THE 1 ROOM WE STAYED IN FOR 2 DAYS AND THAT'S ALL! EMAILS HAD BEEN SENT THROUGH BOOKING. COM DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL ASKING FOR RESPONSE FROM THEM ON CANCELING THE OTHER ROOM AND RICHARD SAID HE RESPONDED BACK TO BOOKING. COM EMAIL TO CONFIRM THE CANCELATION OF THE OTHER ROOM TO BOOKING. COM AS WELL THIS WAS ALL ADDRESSED FIRST DAY NOW CHECKING OUT THEY WANT TO SAY THEY'VE BEEN CHARGING OUR FAMILY FOR BOTH ROOMS FOR THE DURATION OF THE 2 DAYS!!!! THEN UNTIL I ADVISED I WAS CALLING THE POLICE IF SHE DIDN'T GIVE US HER INFORMATION, HER FRONT GUY THEN CAME OUT WITH A STICKY NOTE WITH HALF HER NAME AND I SAID I NEED HER FULL INFORMATION OR HER BUSINESS CARD AND NOTHING JUST HIDING FROM US AND WON'T COME OUT NO STARS GIVEN! HAD TO PICK 1 STAR TO POST THEN WE REPORTED THIS INCIDENT TO GUEST RELATIONS WITH THE HOTEL AND THEY CALLED THE HOTEL AND SPOKE WITH GM FALGUNI NAGLA ASKING ABOUT THE INCIDENT AND SHE DIDN'T KNOW MY HUSBAND WAS IN THE LOBBY WAITING TO SPEAK TO HER AS GUEST RELATIONS WITH THE HOTEL HAD ADVISED US TO NOT LEAVE THE PROPERTY AND SHE JUST KEPT SAYING PER POLICY WE CAN'T CANCEL THE ROOM AND THEN WAS LAUGHING, BRAGGING AND WAS TALKING UGLY ABOUT US AFTER SHE GOT OFF WITH GUEST RELATIONS REP AND SAID YEA YOU SEE THAT'S HOW IT'S DONE BRAGGING ABOUT CHARGING US FOR THE 2 ROOMS TO HER FRONT DESK WORKER AND THEN SAW MY HUSBAND WAS THERE AND WAS LIKE OH OOPS AND GOT QUIET UGH GENERAL MANAGER JUST SO UNPROFESSIONAL STEALING MONEY FROM FAMILIES JUST TRYING TO TAKE THEIR KIDS OUT FOR SPRINGBREAK
