  Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job throughout our stay. However, there were a few issues that really affected the experience. The pool was closed for the entire week we stayed, which was disappointing. The biggest concern was that someone entered our room while I was sleeping and then left immediately. When I spoke to the front desk, they said it was a housekeeping manager who thought we had checked out. Regardless, that explanation wasn’t acceptable. It was a very unsettling and scary experience, and it made me feel uncomfortable for the rest of the stay.

  Staff friendly and professional. Area safe, walked across street to Parks Mall for dinner, Cheesecake Factory, and a movie AMC. Property clean, room to park truck and trailer. Breakfast had pancakes, fresh fruit bananas and apples, powdered eggs 🤨.

  Stinky cigarettes smell & debris on bed. Not necessarily cleaners fault but the hotel should make sure rooms are presentable.

  I had to stay here while my apartment got prepared and the entire staff has been absolutely wonderful. Very kind even the housekeeping workers were wonderful. I truly appreciate you guys making my stay here so peaceful.

  First off, I want to tell you that the people working there were very helpful. Very friendly. Highly recommend on that alone. Got a handicap room . Thought handicap rms should be on the first floor near the front or thereabout . it was on the third floor, AKA top floor. Guess it was quieter up there? Or they converted it?. But room we stayed in was right by the elevator which was convenient. That said, room number was not in chronological order so it was hard to find at first but it was right there by the elevator which was nice. Just had to walk down the hall back and forth to find the number and then as we went back to the elevator I saw the room across from the elevator. Don't know why it's like that. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food was good. This Hotel was situated in the the best place we could ask for. For the places that we had to go, it was placed right in the middle. Beds were comfortable and clean . Side note : if somebody else tries to pay for room online, then their card has to be Physically there at hotel to check in. Niece paid for the room online but wasn't there with her credit card and they wouldn't charge it to her credit card even though they had her on the phone. Said it was a New policy . But Yes, I would definitely recommend this place.
