  I've been returning to this hotel everytime im in the area for work and it's been alright most of the time. However, during my current stay, I was told I needed to move rooms due to ongoing renovations. I tried to move as soon as I got a note on my door due to having food in the fridge that needed to stay cold, and ended up getting sent back to the same room with a promise from management that they would move my stuff to a new room the next day while I was at work if I packed it up, they also let me choose an item from the marketplace for free as consolation. I did as I was told, and they did move all my stuff including my food, but left all the refrigerated and frozen food sitting out all day in the new room! I came back to my new room and a pile of food that had gone bad, which is the only thing I actually cared about since my company pays for the room and the money for the food comes out of my own pocket!! All in all, they wasted both my time and my money and lost themselves a customer.

  The hotel is very nice, especially for the price. Some aspects of individual rooms show wear, but that is reflected in the lower ppn of the rooms. There are nearby extended stays by Hilton for 30-40$ (or more) a night more that do not have the same visible wear. The king oom is VERY spacious. Patio has a ton of seating but you can't enjoy the fire pit unless someone turns it on for you.... I asked but no one ever showed. :(

  Location is good as it’s very close to main freeway, as well as just down the street from places to eat. Rooms a 2 star because although it appears from a distance this place did a make-over…after close up and inside the rooms, still dirty, not very well maintained, and the cosmetic fixes they did was more like slapping lipstick on a pig to get by. Bathrooms were kinda dirty looking especially corners and grout lines in shower, dirty walls and dust on all the ceiling decors/hvac. Staff was nice to talk to, but no matter who you spoke to, seems like no once communicates issues or work orders. Found out by checking my door before I used my card to open it- that the bedroom door didn’t latch closed, or locked. Mentioned it one night and used the safety latch to keep people out, next morning mentioned it to the person working the desk- they dint seem to know anything about it. Came back that day later on, asked if it was good to go-another person got confirmation from the maintenance person…went up to try my door- and it still pushed open and didn’t lock. I went downstairs and asked for a different room. That new room locked- but was still unkept looking…walls and shower. From a distance, looked nice, but close up, it was just ok. Nice friendly staff tho-always smiled and polite.

  Staff very friendly. Although they have a kitchen. The utensils and frypan were close to useless. A small SS frypan that I spent more time scrapping stuck food than actual cooking. There is outside bbq facilities that can be used. Breakfast is average. Scrambled eggs made from probably powdered egg mix. Fresh fried or poached eggs would be nice
