But this time I want to express my own review about the service about this hotel and the people who works here … I was forced to move to different hotel but it was too early in the morning and I made a reservation followed by a phone call the front desk lady treated me so well and helped me not just with an early check in but with a price matched giving me a huge discount, fast service and of course an early check in Thank you and I encourage you to book at this hotel here in Arlington, Texas Oliver Ruelas Executive Producer/Director EXPO MEDIA AND PROMOTIONS

  Affordable rates with a comfy bed! The frontdesk was really helpful when I wanted to check-in early. I really appreciate their efforts.

  I really loved their services! The frontdesk was really accomodating and I loved their breakfast options as well. There are many hotels near by but the staff here treat me like a family.

  Don't Stay Here! I'm a long time Holiday Inn Express customer. This was the worst experience of all time. I booked the room through IHG.COM and requested a ground floor room. While checking in I was assigned a 3rd floor room. After requesting a first floor room the attendant had to phone someone to ask permission to change me, he had no authority to do anything! The room was OK, the usual room for this chain. Next morning I discovered the coffeemaker was broken. I asked for them to replace it sometime that day. Not only was the coffeemaker not replaced, my room wasn't cleaned. The next day my room was finally cleaned and the coffeemaker was replaced with another broken one. Questions to the staff did no good, they apparently had no authority to get a replacement. The next day the room was not cleaned again, I was there 4 nights and received only one room cleaning. Questioning the cleaning staff did no good because they indicated they didn't speak English. The primary problem at this hotel is that it is staffed with the absolute minimum number of people, and those present had no authority to do anything, or it seems, the desire to do anything for the customer. There are many, many hotels in the area near this one. Save yourself frustration and headaches by choosing another hotel.

  We checked in on Friday for a 2 night stay and due to a clerical error, our key quit working on Saturday. I went to the desk to see what was going on and they said all our information was somehow cleared out of their system. I was assured that we wouldn’t be charged a second time, they just needed a card on file for our Saturday night stay. Not only was I charged a second time, the front desk called our room at 12:30am saying our information was gone from the system again and insisted I had to come down and take care of it right then. We have been charged 1k for 2 nights at this very below average hotel and no manager here to help me today. I expect hotels to jack up their prices when events like the Shriners Classic is going on, but this has been ridiculous. I will never stay at this location again.
