    We booked a room here for a quick sleep & shower while driving across the country for my birthday. 0 hot water in our shower, as well as missing shower curtain. When we kindly informed guest services about the lack of hot water, they could not have cared less. Entire property smells like a musty dump. My husband is a IHG Diamond Elite member, he stays in HIE properties over half the year. I am also a former guest services employee for Marriott so i don’t like to give poor reviews…..but this was a complete waste of a booking for us & i wish we’d just driven thru the night. I’d give 0 stars if i could.

    I'd like to start by saying, as we all know, you get what you pay for. That being said, the reviews had me legit nervous leading up to my check-in date but since I was only in town for 3 days, I decided to roll the dice... & I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was very friendly and attentive, my room was comfortable enough, and the continental breakfast was pretty great - especially the warm cinnamon rolls! The hotel is conveniently located as well and Boston's bar and grill across the parking lot had THE best burger. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

    I would not recommend this location. The level of service was extremely disappointing. The young lady working the night shift appeared untrained and was unable to handle basic issues without repeatedly contacting her manager for assistance. My original reservation was mishandled due to an error on the hotel’s end. Rather than resolving the issue, I was told that the staff member didn’t know what was going on, and I ultimately had to make a new reservation myself. When I returned after work, my room keys did not work, requiring me to go back to the front desk to have them remade. Upon returning to my room, I discovered that all of our luggage had been removed. After going downstairs again to ask about the situation, I was informed—after another call to the manager—that our belongings had been taken out of the room and placed behind the front desk. This was completely unacceptable, especially considering our check-out date was not until the following day. To add to the disappointment, the breakfast selection was identical for all five days of our stay, offering no variety. Overall, this experience was frustrating and unprofessional. We will not be staying at this property again.

    I never leave a negative review, but this was awful. The room smelled like mold and urine. We didn't ask to be moved because they were full. The walls and tub were nasty. There were earwigs in the bathroom floor multiple times, and a beetle crawled up my arm in bed, causing us to end the trip early and head home. The staff was friendly, but no one came to change linens or trash in 4 days. It is right next to the freeway so noise was bad and we heard gunshots the first night of our stay. This was a very atypical experience for a Holiday Inn Express. I wouldn't come back to this location if the room was free.

    Great place and location for games and parks. Clean rooms . Breakfast definitely not the same as other holiday inn as for less selection
