- SSStubbsDec 16, 20251.0I can’t say much about the hotel itself, but the night person was horrible. We went to a late football game, when the uber dropped us off it turned out that it was the wrong holiday inn, which we didn’t realize until we were inside and the setup was different. We immediately tried getting another uber, but it was going to be a bit as it was so late. We sat in the lobby waiting and the night guy said he was calling the cops on us. We weren’t being rude or rowdy, but he said we had to go or we’d be arrested. Temp was in the 30s so we asked if we could wait for the uber inside. He again said we’d be arrested if we didn’t leave. Fortunately the uber arrived shortly after. I will never go back. The other holiday inn in Haltom City was great with very nice people.

- CRClorita RangelNov 30, 20251.0Trip was absolutely horrible. First the phone in our room was broken, the A/C went off and on all night making the room freezing then hotter than hell. Then a bunch of children were running up and down the hallway screaming until about 1am and when I went to call the front desk on my cell nobody answered. When I decided enough was enough and went down to the front lobby there was no worker but a bunch of adults getting drunk while their children were running around all the floors. The breakfast was also atrocious and the drink machine didn’t work neither did the coffee and the food was cold and hard by 645 am which was 15 mins after they started serving it. Will never stay here again

When we kindly informed guest services about the lack of hot water, they could not have cared less. Entire property smells like a musty dump. My husband is a IHG Diamond Elite member, he stays in HIE properties over half the year. I am also a former guest services employee for Marriott so i don’t like to give poor reviews…..but this was a complete waste of a booking for us & i wish we’d just driven thru the night. I’d give 0 stars if i could.
