Rooms are dirty. The toilet seat still had urine from the previous people. Upstairs neighbors kids were very loud stomping and jumping, running and screaming and the lady upfront said there's nothing she could do. Horrible, they did not care about how we felt. Didn't even offer different rooms or nothing. Told us we may or may not get refunded.

Stayed overnight at this hotel. Exterior of building has some wear. Inside is supremely clean. Rooms very clean and welcoming. Breakfast the next day was really good! Every staff member that we met was friendly and helpful. I lost my wallet (noticing after i left) and called from a gas station. The front desk said they'd have housekeeping check. I hung up not thinking that they'd check right then. They checked right then and called me back! Returned it to me with everything intact. I am beyond impressed with this hotel and their staff!

I had a good stay at this hotel. Check-in was swift and efficient — Paula at the front desk was polite and professional, and the entire process took less than five minutes. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which was a nice touch. At first glance, the room was clean: fresh bedding, a tidy bathroom, and everything in order. The only downside was a few bugs I had to deal with — not ideal, but manageable. Breakfast was just okay. The food was cold, unfortunately, but the breakfast area itself was clean and well-stocked. A hot, fresh breakfast would’ve made a big difference. Parking was decent, though the front lot fills up quickly, so you may have to park around back. Just a heads-up: there's no on-site security, and there were a few questionable individuals hanging around at times. I was coming and going late, and the front lobby was locked during those hours. I encountered a staff member named LaKeisha outside, who seemed more preoccupied with her phone and smoking than assisting guests. When I tried to enter through the front, she told me to use the side door and made no effort to be helpful. Honestly, she was the only staff member who came off as rude during my stay. The ironic part is when I was departing she tried to have small talk with me but at that point, I was only interested in leaving. The hotel has a gym and a pool, which I appreciated. The gym was small but clean, and had enough equipment for a basic workout. The pool area was also clean and well-kept, though I didn’t get a chance to swim during this visit. I don’t usually request housekeeping during short stays, but I needed some trash and towels removed. Angelica went above and beyond — she was warm, helpful, and cheerful despite being busy. She truly made my day and represents the kind of hospitality every guest appreciates. The hotel offers a laundry facility: $1.50 to wash and free drying. Just be aware that not all guests promptly remove their clothes. I ended up using a nearby laundromat as a backup. Location-wise, it’s very convenient — surrounded by restaurants and even a Walmart within walking distance. Overall, it's a decent, affordable find with mostly great service. I’d absolutely stay here again.

We are IHG members and have stayed at a number of their properties over the years. Our recent four night stay here was a mixed bag. Upon check-in the person working the desk (around 9 PM on a Wednesday night) was perfunctory. No smile and barely looked at us. I guess anyone can have a bad night. The hotel is, overall, very clean. However, the smell of Pine Sol is pretty overwhelming in the common areas. Which is why it was so surprising to find our third-floor room had a very strong musty smell that just would not go away. However, we were super busy and did not have time to worry about it. The water pressure is terrible. Very hard to wash your hair and get a good rinse. I work in tech, but the TV had us baffled. The remote control directional buttons would not "navigate" to anything, so we just had to watch the channel guide scroll by, trying to read everything on the screen quickly before it changed, and then if we noticed something we wanted to watch, we had to remember the channel and type that in directly using the number pad. At one point we were sitting and eating the hotel breakfast and a cleaning lady kept cleaning tables right next to ours, spraying copious amounts of Pine Sol cleaner while we ate. It was super strong and irritating, especially while trying to eat. On the plus side it is in a very convenient location and is in a nice setting with mature trees and a shaded rear parking area. Despite being near a major shopping area and an interstate, it was quiet. The ice machines also worked well.
