They tried to take $201.00 from my card for not canceling in spite of 201 problems in a day..,,?? Understand policy had I known that there’s a charge fee, do you think I would never had made the reservation if it would’ve been explained better.. Whatever the GSR are trained to say is misleading and THATZ why I’m glad for block considering I watch you attempt to snatch $201.

I was born and raised in Texas but moved away due to the military and after years of not coming home , the Texas hospitality still rings true! I was so impressed that my beloved whataburger delivered to my hotel room. What service !! Just amazing !! I traveled all day to get here and the nicest people greeted me at this hotel and that’s all I needed to finish off and close my day ! I’m here for training and this hotel offers shuttle service as long as it’s within a small radius so now I don’t have to walk in a area I’m unfamiliar with at night when my training is concluded. A big thank you to Holiday Inn !

Me asignaron una habitación de ese Hotel en la mañana. Cuando fui a tomar mi desayuno le ofrecí mi teléfono a la señorita del comedor para que tomara la información que me habían dado en la aerolínea para pagar mi desayuno y descaradamente. Se metió a mi cuenta de Cash app y se transfirió dinero de mi cuenta sin mi autorización hago un llamado para que no hagan lo mismo y les pase lo que les pasó a mí es una vergüenza no deben de tener ese tipo de empleados delincuentes y ladrones trabajado en ese lugar
