She helped us with an early check-in, made sure our room was ready when we arrived, and the checkout process was just as smooth and stress-free. When we got locked out of our room, Lead Engineer Jose was a huge help. He came quickly, got us back in without any hassle, and in my eyes went above his post by making sure we were okay before he left. At checkout, our car wouldn’t start, and Robert immediately stepped in to help. He assisted us with the deadbattery which meant a lot as we were trying to get on the road. Because of Cynthia, Jose, and Robert, what could have been a stressful trip turned into a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel and truly appreciate the staff for going above and beyond

Don't bother with ordering food from the bar/restaurant. The food is not very good and is basically microwaved quality at a high price. I ordered the pork tacos and they were the worst I've ever had. They offer free onsite parking and it is kid friendly.
