Cancellation of reservation before date of arrival sufficient time to obtain I am Cancelling My Hilton Honors Membership as well!!! Would NOT Recommend Booking at the Hampton Inn -Dallas/Arlington as it Reflects Poor Business/Management Practices which may be the reason for the other Negative Reviews. Pure Money GRAB

- CMChari McdonaldDec 27, 20254.0The service was really nice. The room was really nice BUT the whole point of booking this hotel was for the pool and it was ice cold. Kids swam for 5 minutes and got out. Also, we had a 2 queen bed room with pull out sofa. The air conditioner is on the side of the room with the sofa bed so whoever sleeps on that is freezing and whoever is in the beds are sweating. Shower water is either scolding hot or freezing cold. Super hard to get the happy medium. No regular eggs for breakfast only with cheese or with vegetables so that was a bummer.
