    Staff is AWESOME! Rokia (I forgot to ask spelling) was so helpful getting us setup, and all the staff has been attentive, professional and provided great service.

    The service was really nice. The room was really nice BUT the whole point of booking this hotel was for the pool and it was ice cold. Kids swam for 5 minutes and got out. Also, we had a 2 queen bed room with pull out sofa. The air conditioner is on the side of the room with the sofa bed so whoever sleeps on that is freezing and whoever is in the beds are sweating. Shower water is either scolding hot or freezing cold. Super hard to get the happy medium. No regular eggs for breakfast only with cheese or with vegetables so that was a bummer.

    Such a great, courteous and accommodating staff. From reception to maids to the engineers, everyone was so friendly and helpful with anything. Rooms and the facility were well cleaned and maintained.
