- DMdawnyse myersJan 21, 20265.0I booked a non refundable room less than 24 hours ago by mistake. Called today to see if they would refund me and have some grace as a Gold member. However, I was not accommodated. I don’t have a history of this behavior. You would think after spending thousands of dollars and being a loyal customer for 10 years they would honor that. The manager and front desk were professional and nice but not helpful. Update: VP Randy Waller has exceptional customer service and was extremely helpful resolving my issues. Jonathan with the help desk was pleasant and delivered high quality customer service as well. Thank you again for promptly assisting me.
