When we checked in the young man at the front desk didn’t acknowledge us entering the hotel. We waited a few minutes and then greeted him to which he responded. The location is right next to Six Flags and several restaurants, but not immediately close to shopping and other entertainment. The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is standard, but good.

Excellent location with free trolley to the AT&T stadium. Close to other attractions. Besides location, much to be desired. When concerns were brought up to the front desk and no solutions were offered I requested to speak to a manager. The front desk lady replied there would not be a manager on -site " until Monday." To my request for a Hilton number where I could provide feedback, the reply was: " we are franchised, nothing to do with Hilton." This place has very smelly rooms, NO TOWELS ( I was handed out on a Saturday evening 4 rough floor towels ). The boiled eggs taste like vinegar, the fruit is not fresh. I replied to the text message requesting customer feedback, never got a reply. Front desk lady on duty 10-10, 11 and 12 needs to be sent to customer service training that meets basic Hilton chain standards. None of my concerns have anything to do with the city of Arlington having no water for several hours Friday night.

We are Hilton honors members and I almost always choose Hampton Inn when I have the choice.
This hotel is an embarrassment to Hilton. I understand they have no control over the city water, but when checking in and told the hotel has no water, there were no attempts to accommodate, give other options, or even bottles of water at the least to be able to even brush our teeth.
After this, the list just accumulated of things that went wrong and were parts of a terrible stay:
-Shower (once water was back) temperature did not adjust. Cool water was all we had.
-Terrible wet dog smell in the room that we were told they could spray some air freshener in and that was it
-No extra towels for a double room bed and we were given floor towels
-Having to go down to the front desk ourselves (zero room service) because the poor front desk girl is the only person available
-Hot water container left out for guests always filled with cold water and no one to provide any
-Poor customer service from the one available front desk person who gives a terrible attitude. When asked to have support from a manager apparently there’s no one available to speak with for 3 days
-Gym TV does not work and when brought to the attention of someone just told “oh yeah, it doesn’t work”.
-Middle of the night hallway fights with banging on the doors and yelling, and of course no management to address
The one great part about this hotel is the accessibility to the free trolly! Trolly drivers were incredible and this was a great experience.

Totally disappointed is an understatement! They checked us in and didnt tell us the water was getting cut off. We can't shower and have to go to the gas station to use the restroom. Doesn't help when being checked in the front desk assistant was so rude and didn't honor our payment or check in online and now this!!! That should have been the first sign to leave but we were tired and didn't want to drive around.I will never come to this establishment again. They should refund us and give us credits to use at another location.
