- LML MNov 16, 20255.0The lobby area was clean and nicely decorated. Very nice bar area and we had a clean comfortable room. The favorite part of my trip was the front desk attendant, Pamela. She initially greeted us with a very friendly hello and brief conversation, thanked my 90 year old Navy Veteran father for his service and felt more like a friend than an employee at a business. Every morning and afternoon we were greeted with big smiles and genuine interest in our daily plans and then how our day was. I looked forward to seeing her everyday and sharing friendly conversation. She is a true gem and such an asset to your business. Thank you Pamela! We will miss you! - Laura M.

We ordered 3 entres and 2/3 were wrong completely. The employee seemed focused on hugging and partying with the other people at the bar. He also seemed very drunk, I could barely understand him speaking. When I asked if my food was close to being ready after an hr wait his response was "I don't see it up here" Horrible preparation for a day the hotel was completely booked. I can't imagine how bad it is on a regular I won't be back to a double tree again
