    I booked this hotel through air b&b and missed the deadline for a review unknowingly, it’s 2 weeks. Jason was my grandma and i’s host and he made the processes so smooth and easy. There were a few hiccups like the water being off when we arrived, and it not being back on by the time it was suppose to. (The sink water did not get hot, but we did not try the shower). These issues probably arise due to the age of the building. The location was a bit sketchy, but everyone at the hotel is friendly, accommodating, and understanding. I have a medical device and asked for extra help. This was met with empathy from Jason and total cooperation. I am over the moon about the customer service received. I do wish there was complimentary breakfast, as we were headed to the airport that morning and grandma wanted a grab and go experience. Thank you to the doubletree team and Jason at air b&b

    Do not stay here. Some idiot thought 1 elevator was a good idea. Everyone in the hotel complained they spent more time waiting on that 1 elevator than they ever have. Hotel was nice as long as you don’t mind wasting 6 hours of your life waiting on 1 super slow elevator.

    Checked in around 5:30PM- after fact, front desk stated no water until 5PM. Cold water started around 6:45PM. Went out, came back around midnight…no hot water. Called front desk- he stated no solution, just run water for a minute and it will become hot- ran it for over 20 minutes. Still, no hot water. Front desk told me he was not management and could not assist. Booked through Expedia (don’t do) to try and retrieve money for stay. Ridiculous.

    The staff is very friendly, the welcome cookies are great. I really appreciated the complimentary water the receptionist gave me. My room was okay but the rug was a little misplaced.

    No basic supplies I ran out of conditioner in the shower. Conditioner is necessary for me to be able to brush my hair. I have a business conference today. No English Breakfast tea in the rooms and I don’t drink coffee. I’m Hilton diamond member and I still can’t get basic supplies normally stocked in Hilton hotel rooms. Very disappointed. Rooms are dark one light barely works next to the bed. I don’t recommend staying here.
