  The front desk female staff was friendly and accommodated my request. The room is clean and large. I will staying here for all future work travels.

  EDIT: Courtney is a godsend to this Hotel. She worked hard to find me a room with working Ethernet and displayed a level of professionalism and generosity that I've never experienced in my 10+ years with IHG. She took ownership of the situation and saw it through until I was eventually moved to a room with the Ethernet I require for work while here. This saved me easily a few hours of effort, preventing me from having to pack up all of my stuff and load it out to some other hotel. Courtney is absolutely excellent and her efforts earned the update on this review. ---end update--- First, Justin, the gentleman at the front desk, was incredibly kind and helpful assisting me with acquiring an ethernet connection. He tried alternate rooms, talked to technical assistance with me, and went beyond his normal duties to try and keep my business. However, technical assistant never fixed the issue and ethernet was not provided in the end forcing me to check out early and obtain a room at another hotel. The three stars is because I called in advance to make sure there was ethernet service, which I needed for work purposes, and it ended up not being the case. Justin did the best he could and his customer service is absolutely beyond reproach. I just wish there was a different conclusion.

  I stayed here on New Year’s Eve and couldn’t have picked a better place to ring in the new year. The hotel has great amenities and is spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The staff truly stood out. Both the gentleman and the lady at the front desk during check-in were thoughtful, helpful, and welcoming. The next morning, we ran into an unexpected flat tire situation right before the 11 a.m. checkout. Courtney at the front desk was incredibly empathetic and reassuring. She made sure we didn’t feel rushed at all and even offered assistance and tools if needed to help with the tire change. That level of care and hospitality made a stressful moment much easier. Courtney deserves major kudos—not just for helping in that moment, but for being genuinely friendly, attentive, and hospitable. Excellent staff and a great stay overall. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

  Very good hotel at decent rate in Aransas pass.it gas free Tesla charger which is a Big plus, I have used it to charge my vehicle free of cost during my stay there.This hotel also has full kitchenette in the room and has laundry rooms. Location wise it's good However you are visiting port aransas, This location is little far as you need to take the ferry to cross . Other than that this hotel is perfect.

  The staff is super friendly and helpful. I loved having a kitchenette in the room. I stayed for 7 weeks while house hunting and never had a problem.
