  I stayed here on New Year’s Eve and couldn’t have picked a better place to ring in the new year. The hotel has great amenities and is spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The staff truly stood out. Both the gentleman and the lady at the front desk during check-in were thoughtful, helpful, and welcoming. The next morning, we ran into an unexpected flat tire situation right before the 11 a.m. checkout. Courtney at the front desk was incredibly empathetic and reassuring. She made sure we didn’t feel rushed at all and even offered assistance and tools if needed to help with the tire change. That level of care and hospitality made a stressful moment much easier. Courtney deserves major kudos—not just for helping in that moment, but for being genuinely friendly, attentive, and hospitable. Excellent staff and a great stay overall. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

  Very good hotel at decent rate in Aransas pass.it gas free Tesla charger which is a Big plus, I have used it to charge my vehicle free of cost during my stay there.This hotel also has full kitchenette in the room and has laundry rooms. Location wise it's good However you are visiting port aransas, This location is little far as you need to take the ferry to cross . Other than that this hotel is perfect.

  The staff is super friendly and helpful. I loved having a kitchenette in the room. I stayed for 7 weeks while house hunting and never had a problem.

  Avoid this hotel! I booked here recently via a third party booking site. Prior to completing the reservation I called the front desk of Candlewood Suites Aransas Pass to inquire if booking directly through them would get me a better rate. The employee asked what the rate was and who it was through and said he couldn’t beat it, and that I should just book online. When I got to the hotel I showed the girl at the front desk my paid in full reservation. She couldn’t find it in the system. She told me they had plenty of rooms open though. So I asked if she could just book me a room and honor the price I paid online, and that I would deal with getting my money back from the company I booked through. She was less than helpful and wouldn’t do it. She wouldn’t get a manager on the phone until I insisted. The manager basically told me they didn’t care and that I should go book elsewhere. The price difference was about $60 a night but the manager acted like it would bankrupt them if they honored that price. Ultimately I still ended up booking my stay with them at full price. The manager was quite rude and made no concessions to even try remedying the situation. Some of the worst customer service and hospitality I’ve experienced. To make it even better, when I called their corporate number after my stay they assigned me a case number and said they would look into it… they never called me back and I’ve gotten nowhere with them. As far as the hotel, they don’t offer maid service unless you’re staying for a long time, the hallways are dimly lit and have a mildew smell, and the bed was not comfortable.

  We really enjoyed staying at this hotel . The amenities and cleanliness were outstanding ! The only thing better than the aforementioned, was the staff ! We personally had interactions with Courtney (front desk manager), Justin(night front desk), and last but not least , Roshan (GM) . They made our stay awesome ! We stayed here for the whole last week of August 2025 . Awesome job guys !
