- RMRobyn Martinez5 days ago2.0This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. We stayed at a best western in Louisiana the night before staying here which was considerably nicer. Our room wasn’t clean- it wasn’t filthy, just looked like no one cleaned after the last guest. We found hair in the shower, dust on the coffee maker, etc. The floor was actually pretty dirty. It looked like someone mopped with a filthy mop. Breakfast starts at 6:30. At 7:30 there was one pineapple yoghurt, 1 Twinkie, 1 mini bagel, etc. Some items had more but several were down to one or nothing. Disappointed, won’t stay here again.

Two negatives: I was woken up by loud bagging, like a dumpster being emptied, at 3:30 am, and the breakfast was ok - very minimal. Another thing was that when my husband made the reservation he told the staff person we had two dogs, and she gave him the price. Then when I checked in, she changed the price, saying she didn’t know we had two dogs. That wasn’t right. If there was a miscommunication, she shouldn’t have charged us again since we already agreed on the price.
