    My truck broke down in a Colorado and they wouldn’t refund the cost of my reservation. Don’t trust these people. *Update: The dealership where I took my truck gave me a loaner so I got back on the road and made my reservation late at night. The place was not good. The room was mediocre at best. The pillows were awful. The gym and pool areas were filthy when I went this morning. The TV didn’t work. Only one of the two treadmills worked and neither of the TV’s attached to them worked. Breakfast was bad. The eggs were covered in cheese with no option for those who can’t eat it. There are lots of choices in the area . Pick somewhere else

    4/22/26. Really enjoyed our stay here. One of the better HIE’s we have stayed in and we have been in dozens across the country. We will revisit soon.

    Was traveling through coming from visiting Colorado and this stay was the best. Friendly staff, clean lobby and rooms. Loved the security on the elevator makes you feel more safe that not just anyone can use the elevator if they’re not a guest of the hotel. Beds were so comfy as well. I definitely will be choosing to stay here again if I’m ever in the area again.

    It’s actually a shame. This location is very nice and updated but getting a quiet nights rest is nearly impossible because you can hear everything around you. Normal movement in the rooms about sound like construction noise, you can hear the people next to you sneeze. Very disappointed and very tired.

    Hotel staff were nice at check in but our room was dirty when we got in there. Nothing is worse than wanting a shower after driving across the country to find the bathroom had hair all over the shower, fingernails in the toilet and dirty floor. 🤢🤢🤢
