I think I’ve found my hotel chain. I love this place. Super friendly staff. (Blake and Jennifer are awesome) great breakfast. Cool clean rooms, and dog friendly. I’ll be booking again tonight in Missouri and the while next trip with my dog.

“Pet friendly” hotel with a nasty, trash and drug filled dirt fields and tiny grass bare pet relief areas. They’ll charge you over half of the room rate ($50) for the pet fee just to have the rude desk girl with glasses glare at you let at you not let grab a bagel from their measly breakfast offering. She didn’t say “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” or “excuse me maam, I’m sorry but the pets need to stay in the room”. Ugly.

The room was clean, and the bed sheets were genuinely comfortable, which earned some points right away 👍. That said, the pillows were pretty terrible and the bed itself wasn’t very comfortable, making sleep a bit of a challenge 😬. The hotel leans hard into a minimalist design, which looks modern but also means no microwave or coffee machine in the room—a surprise if you’re hoping for a late-night snack or early caffeine fix ☕❌. A pendant light in the room was missing a bulb, and there was a hair in the shower, which isn’t exactly the welcome you want 🚿😕 Now for the highlight: breakfast 🥞✨ Breakfast was offered, and it featured the coolest automatic pancake conveyor belt machine—honestly worth watching on its own. The pancakes were absolutely incredible, and the breakfast staff was really nice and welcoming, which made the morning start off on a much better note 😊. Reception was fine—pleasant and efficient, but no extra flair 🎭. Overall, the hotel does some things well, especially cleanliness and breakfast, but comfort and attention to small details could use some improvement.

Nice staff. Breakfast was good. The reason for my 1 rating is because I felt like I was sleeping on concrete all night long. The mattress was the worst thing ive ever slept on. Another reason for the 1 is the walls are thin and I could hear the TV blaring next door from our bed. Worst night of sleep ever. Would not stay in a Tru again.

This is one of the best hotels that allows pets. The place has a modern style with a very clean look as you enter the lobby. There is vibrant colors as well as the check-in desk, which is located usually in the center and next to it with multiple options to purchase drinks and snacks. The rooms are simple and clean even though the hotel allows pets there is nothing that we really missed staying here. Breakfast is fairly simple but has everything you need to start the day. It appears like they have focus on healthy choices.
