The night auditor was so accommodating and kind to us, and not only welcomed our cats, but offered treats and water bowls which meant more than they know. It is hard to find hotels that welcome cats, and my cats were very spooked since we had just had to change a flat on the side of the interstate. They were right on our I-40 route and made us feel at home which we all desperately needed that night! Cannot recommend enough and will be going to TRU next time I travel with my pets.

A pendant light in the room was missing a bulb, and there was a hair in the shower, which isn’t exactly the welcome you want 🚿😕 Now for the highlight: breakfast 🥞✨ Breakfast was offered, and it featured the coolest automatic pancake conveyor belt machine—honestly worth watching on its own. The pancakes were absolutely incredible, and the breakfast staff was really nice and welcoming, which made the morning start off on a much better note 😊. Reception was fine—pleasant and efficient, but no extra flair 🎭. Overall, the hotel does some things well, especially cleanliness and breakfast, but comfort and attention to small details could use some improvement.
