They’ll charge you over half of the room rate ($50) for the pet fee just to have the rude desk girl with glasses glare at you let at you not let grab a bagel from their measly breakfast offering. She didn’t say “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” or “excuse me maam, I’m sorry but the pets need to stay in the room”. Ugly.

A pendant light in the room was missing a bulb, and there was a hair in the shower, which isn’t exactly the welcome you want 🚿😕 Now for the highlight: breakfast 🥞✨ Breakfast was offered, and it featured the coolest automatic pancake conveyor belt machine—honestly worth watching on its own. The pancakes were absolutely incredible, and the breakfast staff was really nice and welcoming, which made the morning start off on a much better note 😊. Reception was fine—pleasant and efficient, but no extra flair 🎭. Overall, the hotel does some things well, especially cleanliness and breakfast, but comfort and attention to small details could use some improvement.

The mattress was the worst thing ive ever slept on. Another reason for the 1 is the walls are thin and I could hear the TV blaring next door from our bed. Worst night of sleep ever. Would not stay in a Tru again.

There is vibrant colors as well as the check-in desk, which is located usually in the center and next to it with multiple options to purchase drinks and snacks. The rooms are simple and clean even though the hotel allows pets there is nothing that we really missed staying here. Breakfast is fairly simple but has everything you need to start the day. It appears like they have focus on healthy choices.
