Hotel sadly is quite run down. Shower tub did not drain during use.

Staff was nice, room was clean, dishes and unteils were avaliable for use in the room. Bed and pillows were lumpy. Air in hotel smelled stale like most hotels. ALL washers in the laundry room were broken. Carpets in hallways needed cleaning/vaccuming. A$65 a night motel with $120 rate. You're better off sleeping in your car.

Dirty/stained furniture in rooms. Silverware was sticky. Found roaches in bathroom. One out of three washers worked, and same for the dryers. I do not recommend staying at this location. The only upside to this facility is it’s vicinity to other attractive businesses.

Extremely disappointed, nothing but roaches coming from a person who fear roaches. I ended up getting another room but it was the same thing with roaches and the room smell so dang bad. I’ve never had issues with hotels until I stayed in this one. I mean if you want to be sleeping and eating with roaches that’s on you but not me.

I overnighted at this Staybridge Suites location, mostly due to it's location (no pun intended!) near the I-40 Freeway. I was on my way back to the Phoenix, AZ Area from Springfield, MO (I was visiting my auntie for Thanksgiving - Rather than flying back to AZ with all the FAA-Restricted travel and the threat of a snow storm, I drove back to AZ). As a regular business traveler for my 9-to-5, Staybridge Suites Hotels are one of my primary choices of hotels with the IHG Brand. This Staybridge Location however... Not one of my favorite places that I've stayed. For starters, the doors are hard to open, even with your key card. The hallways are incredibly warm for some reason - I almost broke out in a sweat every time I either entered/exited the hotel and left my room. I'll list the rest of these issues, since there seemed to be a number of them during this hotel stay: -While I noticed that the woman working the front desk (For the life of me, I don't remember her name) seemed to be a bit overwhelmed - with alot of ppl to help - she was rather rude to me and simply wanted to shuffle through all customers and move on to the next person. Despite all of this, I will give her props for the speed of check-in that I did receive - At least that saved this whole situation from getting a complete "F" Grade with me. -There was only one towel left in the Fitness Area when I went to workout, despite the Fitness Area being clean (Good thing no one else was working out with me 😑). Also, the water cooler was completely empty. -The room had dirty forks in the silverware tray (Again, good thing I kep plastic forks in my luggage for this very reason). -The wall-mounted hair dryer kept falling down, whenever I would try to get lotion or hand soap. The latch for the hair dryer wasn't latching. So, anytime I would reach for hand soap, the hair dryer came down in my hands - I eventually had to just pull it down from the wall to prevent this from continually happening. -Even with no one in the hallways, the hotel seemed noisy for some reason - Can't quite put my finger on why this was. -The kitchen area of my room, along with having dirty forks, seemed like it had a number of things missing from the kitchen (Possibility someone stole the dish towels, plates/cups and other kitchenware?) Now, despite all of this, there were some positives: -The hotel is in a good location, near the I-40 Freeway. -There's a number of food, shopping and gasoline options nearby. -The breakfast was good, even though it seemed a bit limited to cheese omelets and pork sausage (I don't eat pork). The yogurt and fruit options, as well as the coffee and juice options, were outstanding. -The Fitness Area was clean (despite not having water and towels). -The hotel room was spacious and (mostly) clean. While I don't know if I'll stay at this Staybridge Suites again, I will give this location a pass during the holidays - Perhaps this is an "outlier incident", where the staff was a little exhausted due to having a number of holiday travelers staying here. Still, Staybridge Suites are usually one of the few "Go-To" hotels I like in the IHG Brand. So, there's still some disappointment that came from this stay.
