Roach motel!!!!! I always choose the Staybridge Suites wherever I go, however, I will NEVER stay at this location again! I was so tired and couldn’t wait to check in only to have been moved twice because of ROACHES and what looks like some other inspect species.
As nice as the staff was…. they knew it but waited to see if I noticed or complained. I left.

Check in was super easy and quick! Unfortunately as soon as we got into the room it smelled off (almost like a mildew smell), 1 of the outlets looked busted, there were different color and texture (from what we saw) stains all around the room but mostly around the bed or pull put couch, the TV was stuck on one channel that we couldn't change, finally last but not least the roaches. No roaches found in the room when we looked, but after turning the bathroom light on, babies and adults ran back into the drain in the bathtub and sink. Although the room was definitely not the best, we got a full refund and the lady at the desk was super kind and helpful. If they cleaned up a little a did a little TLC, I feel this place could be great! Unfortunately for now it's not.

Not recommend!!! Cockroaches everywhere — in the bathroom door, near the bed. Clearly no pest control.

I actually enjoyed my stay here for 2 weeks. As soon as we checked in, Monae at the front desk (she is awesome btw) advised us that when we want our rooms cleaned just let us know. She ment it. If your staying for awhile, be sure to ask every 3rd morning, to have your room cleaned. Breakfast is always tastey. Good location just off the HWY. My only complaint, me personally, not a fan of the bed.
