- RRRf RabbitJan 23, 20261.0DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! I would recommend anywhere else! First off we got here early to beat a storm. Asked if we could check in early. It’s 10am and 14 degrees outside. They told us no check is at 3pm no exceptions…. Once we got inside… Rooms are disgusting!!!! Completely gross. Don’t know what they were doing till 3pm but it was not getting the rooms ready. Old food, garbage, beds not made, all of it was gross and smell of mold in all 7 rooms except 1. Customer service from the young lady at the front desk was terrible. She was rude. Not helpful and just over not nice to anyone.

Vehicle was parked in front of the hotel and was still broken into. Front desk staff was helpful to the level of their authority. Management did not assist with police investigation or sharing of the video surveillance footage of the break in. Police report filed. Police did not return calls for updates on investigate with multiple attempts to contact. Stolen property has not been found.

ALL washers in the laundry room were broken. Carpets in hallways needed cleaning/vaccuming. A$65 a night motel with $120 rate. You're better off sleeping in your car.
