  We traveled all Day we were exhausted Tyzhianah was so sweet.On our way out Robert and kashena were so helpful and help navigate my ride to Dallas and getting to Buckees It was early and these two were on their game!! Would come back for the customer service its hard to find happy helpful employees!!

  Room for improvement would be the summary I'd give. The location is good and easy to get to. The front desk staff is fine. With digital check in though anyone could just waltz in and go to a floor which is scary. When making room keys at the front desk no ID is asked for - also scary. It's been renovated which isnt terrible, but there is improvement needed. The elevator is concerning and when going down likes to get hung up on floor 2. One day it may fail and this will be my told you so. The rooms are not terrible, but are bright as hell. Unsure why adults need a night light that will not shut off. If someone is going to break in and murder me, let me die in the dark at this point. AC unit in one room we booked couldn't be controlled by the wall panel only the unit itself. Other room, controlled by the wall panel but the unit was SO loud and clunking it was unusable. Car sleeping may have been better. Who knows what breakfast will be like as I write this laying in a hot room lit up like the face of the sun. At least it's quiet I guess.

  Everything was great except the spotlights pointing directly into the room on the 3rd floor. Insanely bright and hard to sleep even when using the curtains as strategically as possible to block it. The second image was taken at 2:55am and that light is solely from the spotlight. Might not hurt to point them down a bit so they aren’t directly pointing into a paid room. The staff were nice and the place was clean.

  Clean updated rooms we used to stay here when it was a Comfort inn and suites same owner just different brand of hotel now!! And the workers are extremely nice if you needed anything they'd do it and the beds are like laying on clouds and very soft sheets the room also didn't have no bad smells like some hotels we've stayed at good job at making a great stay:)

  Room - No Hk for 3-days despite asking Room entry light doesn’t turn off completely (fims but doesn’t turn off) so room has light on at night No manager contact for 3-days upon asking due to light issue Lack of customer service and assistance for 3-days (Kevin evening especially) Great location and Hot Tub amazing… take your own towels for pool as few available or all dirty when we went at like 11a-130p… Breakfast is less than most Hilton brands, no waffles, no pancakes and same thing; liquid eggs & sausage links each morning x4 mornings Disappointed for Hilton - won’t be back to this one..
