I left a brand new pair of apple headphones in my room and didn’t realize until I was too far to turn back, I called and asked about them which they found took to the front desk and spent three days helping me get them back!!! What an amazing team at this hotel!! Talk about customer service they know how to do it right in Texas!! Crystal the manager was so amazing and helpful I had to give a shout out to her and her team! This was my first visit to Spark the price was great! And the rooms were clean and nice. I will definitely stay again and I encourage everyone to stay if they see a Spark hotel by Hilton!!! Thanks Spark you guys are the best. 🥰😊

The bathroom fixtures could’ve been better and bigger but overall we had a great experience. It was nice and clean and beds were comfortable. I also appreciated that they had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.
