  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great service and an excellent location. The staff was awesome—friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. The room was very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything made for a great stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

  Stopped for one night while driving cross country. It was a great stay, nice room, good breakfast and pet friendly.

  It was a cold day and the staff seen us sitting waiting for 3:00 to come around and they came and checked us in. The room we had reserved was changed to a.handicap room which made a day and night difference. THANK YOU! This really helped as I can’t step up into a tub. This is what customer service is about. Breakfast was hot and we were out on the road again. Thank you for a comfortable safe stay everyone

  The hotel is nice and clean. But there's so many little things that just make the stay frustrating. Breakfast is pointless unless you're a person that just eats cereal. Then I wanted to go for a morning swim only to find that despite no sign on the door, the pool doesn't open until 10am when many people are already getting on with their day. The room cleaner knocked on my door earlier than I'd like. There's no extractor fan in the bathroom. Just a lot of annoying things that build up to a lot of frustration UPDATE: the next morning a member of staff tried to enter my room without knocking. 🤷🏼‍♂️🙄

  I love the staff here. They go out of their way to help us and to repair anything we reported damaged. Chris, the "manager" always comes through with any request we have. We come here at least twice a year to attend the Ink MastersTattooShow they hold inside the hotel.
