  The person checking me in didn't do her job and make sure I was checked in when doing the digital check in. My reservation was cancelled. The next morning they reinstated it, but I got zero pointss and there was a late cancellation fee attached, even though I was there. I had to go through h377 to get my points. The TV in my room had holes poked in the screen so there were real bright spots. My coworker had someone in his room during checkin, he had to change rooms (digital check in). The TV in his new room was all cracked. I do not recommend staying here.

  My husband I have stayed at this location a few times prior to this experience with no issue at all. However, we had a bit of a tough stay this time around. We accidentally forgot to book a room that allows pets (which is totally our fault). The lady at the desk was kind enough to switch our reservation to a suite that allows dogs. She did not mention any sort of up-charge at the time and we thought we got lucky with a free upgrade. We planned to leave at 4:30 the next morning so we were in bed by 8:30. At 10:30 we received three phone calls which my husband picked up the second and there was nobody on the line. We went back to sleep and got another call 30 min later which my husband picked up again and we were told they forgot to get a card on file for us. My husband had to get up, change and put his contacts in to go to the lobby where we were charged a surprise $130 fee for the upgrade. Had this charge been put on right when our mistake was realized and the upgrade was offered, there would’ve been no issue. However, with both zero mention of an additional charge at any point until it was too late to try and find a cheaper place to stay, as well as the repeated phone calls in the middle of the night, it was not an ideal stay. This will not prevent us from staying at this location in the future. Everyone we spoke with was very kind but the lack of communication and subsequent surprise charge was not great. We will be sure to book a pet friendly room going forward but communication needs to be improved for this situation.

  Left the Spark hotel due to bed bugs to arrive here for the night. The room was not cleaned properly. Cover to bedding had blood on it. The next morning we woke up to take a shower and there were ZERO towels. Had to call the front desk and wait for some to be delivered while husband was in shower soaking wet waiting for them to be sent to room. Bathtub felt and looked dirty. The breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs were powdery, the potatoes weren't cooked all the way. Very confusing on how to get to room and where to park to make it convenient. Sad to say this did not live up to a Homewood Suites, but it did beat not getting bed bugs, so there's that!
