A great place to stay long-term. It is convenient to most of things. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. The only issue I have is the constant sound of room doors slamming closed. It constantly wakes me up. Management should have maintenance adjust the door closers to a soft close.

You do set a high standard, the hall ways smell like a Weed shop.
And Everytime you purchase something from shop you charge the card on file. What happened to having one charge at check out?? Horrible experience. As a Diamond member who spends 10's of thousands by year. I'd say it's a bad look on the Hilton brand.

I stayed here during a cross-country move, and when I booked 4 days earlier, I accidentally selected the wrong day. Immediately realizing my mistake, I canceled and re-booked for the correct day, the minute after the original booking, so that it would open the room and not affect the hotel in any way. Not realizing I was out of their 5-day cancelation policy, I stayed at the hotel as planned, only to realize they had double-charged me for the original booking. After calling to explain the simple mistake to the front desk, they have shown no grace and will not refund my mistake booking, even though I stayed with them at no loss to the hotel. On top of all this, there was a nail sticking out of the floor that caught my foot as I entered the bathroom, which led me to wear shoes in my room. I communicated it to the front desk on my way out. The location is good, but as you can imagine, I do not plan to stay here again.
(Edit - 2/24/26) - The owner rewarded me with another welcome bonus to my awards status, which is less than the points awarded for the stay. If they ever contact me personally and refund my card, I will update this to a higher rating.

I am a Diamond Member with Hilton and have been for year. I stay in Hilton Hotels several days a month. I was scheduled to stay at this location on Monday the 26th of January and Tuesday the 27th of January. Due to the Winter Storms across the country my flight from Dallas was cancelled on Monday morning preventing me from getting there. I called the hotel Monday morning to let them know and to cancel my reservations. I was told that due to the late time of cancellation I would be charged 1 night. When I questioned this due to it being a weather issue and out of my control I was told it was policy. I then asked for a manager and it took over 24 hours and my calling back before I could speak to a manager. When I did, they said that since the weather notice was issued earlier that I could have cancelled before i did. I advised them that I was preparing to come but the airline cancelled my flight along with 1000,s of others. They said it didn't matter. I then asked to speak to the General Manager and that as a Diamond member would they make an exception. The GM said it did not matter and they would not make an exception.
This is no way to treat any customer in these situations much less a dedicated loyal Diamond Member who has stayed at this property before. You would think that as a good business practice that you would understand that it was Mother Nature and not anything anyone could control. This management has no compassion or empathy for their guests. Terrible business practice and no way to treat your customers. DO NOT do business with this property. They do not care about the safety of their customers and only about charging you for the night that you had no control off. I will never stay at this property again.
