At breakfast there was a lady who spent at least twenty minutes, at the breakfast bar, loading up plate after plate. This was a constant filling of plates and holding up the rest of your customers from getting their food. This woman didn't care about the group of people waiting, and neither did your front desk. She was taking most of the hot food and was using both waffle irons with total disregard to the people waiting. I lost count after at least twelve plates of food. Your front desk gave this woman a box to put all these plates in to. There's something wrong with this and nobody working there cared. One gentleman was visually upset, to no avail. Look back and watch the security footage and you will see this happening.

Watch your feet when exiting the elevator on the third floor. My 79 year old mom tripped on the neat ledge that is camouflaged by the carpet and was laying on the floor til I arrived. Told the staff and one lady says "yea I take the stairs because I dont want to trip" hmm so you know there is a problem but dont fix it...THAT IS JUST STUPID. The night person said she would tell the manager and would have them get with me.....still waiting in that call but I dont expect any response. When I told the morning crew they didn't give a damn about mom's hip or leg that was sore. Don't offer some reward points for her pain cause you knew you had a problem and have not fixed it. Countdown until watch you step signs are posted to bad it doesn't help my mom.

I loved this hotel! Rooms were roomy and clean. Had internet issues but just had to ask for help. People are nice. Comfortable bed and awesome water pressure and hot water for shower.

Pulled up and walked to counted was greeted by Tony. A young man who was exceptionally professional. He not only got us checked in quickly but also ensured that I had a walk in shower, as I cannot lift my legs into a tub. Tony and I visited while my wife parked the truck and I have to say Tony is the right person for his job. He informed me about the hotel and the times of breakfast as well as location. He presented me with two cold bottles of water and asked multiple time if there was anything else he could do to help me. We got to our roo. And we were pleasantly surprised by the walk in shower and double queen beds both encased in Bed bug encasements, another plus for the hotel. I hope we sleep as well as we have at the other hilton properties on this trip. We have experienced nothing but professional behavior from every employee we have spoken with and even the ones we did not speak to nodded and said hello from a distance. Breakfasts have been good, not great but good. But I dont pay for. Breakfast I pay for good service and a comfortable bed bug free bed. Hilton has that in spades. Thank you again Tony for being so great. You deserve a raise.
Now the negative, we had an end suite and we heard the outside door open and vlose all night long. Construction crews stay in this hotel I know they have to get to work. But can we make a door that doesnt slam shut every single time withbenough force to shake my door as well. A little quiet as we TRY to sleep.
