We had a very nice stay here. Matt Wookie checked us in and was very nice and accommodating. We didn't have a reservation and we were traveling with our two dogs. This is a very pet friendly hotel. They even have treats at the small shop in the lobby for purchase. The rooms were very comfortable and we're well stocked. Breakfast was good. They even provide a small selection of healthier options. The pool is great as is the hot tub. They also have a really nice patio with a firepit and grills. The pillows are so nice and I wish so much that I had one! The only complaint would be the bathroom door. It was hard to close and I nearly got stuck inside. Otherwise it was a great stay in a good location for shopping and dining. And it is quick access to I-40. We will be staying again!

Rooms and location were fine, but it was the staff on duty in the morning (Nov 23, 2025) that made this place. Personable and cheerful, they anticipated guest needs and provided excellent customer service. They are why I would recommend this hotel over others.

Jessica and Amanda were great at customer service. However, I called the Hilton Customer service line prior to our stay to help me book a hotel in the area specifically with a pool onsite, yet when we arrived after 9 hours of being on the road they told me the city had shut it down. I would have stayed at the Tru by Hilton which was $77 without even using my points. Instead I used up all my points and on top of that $113. My kids were really upset they had no way of getting their wiggles out. I usually stay Hilton since I'm a member but in the future I will call the hotel myself to verify pool isn't shut down by the city. Dishwasher randomly started itself at midnight and scared us all, we found hairs on the sheets and on the bowls in the suite kitchenette. And I found a hair on my cheese for breakfast. There was also a fight or something during breakfast where the manager had to chase out someone. All this in front of families and children. I had to try to explain to my kids why this was happening.
