They will make you pay the EV amount of charge. Avoid this location at all cost. Rooms are old and filthy. Personnel has attitude when you pay. Disgusting.

Definitely not the worst hotel stay of my life, but it was very unpleasant.
Rooms dirty, carpets seem to be dirty napkins, and bathroom in slight disrepair (rusty bathtub).
They make sure to remind you every chance they get that breakfast is dine in only, so don't even think about taking a yogurt cup. Breakfast is also not complimentary, so make sure you know your price before booking. The breakfast is not good.
I understand they can't control this next part, but we also had upstairs neighbors who were sprinting in their room around 130 am.
No major complaints, this just should be considered a 2 or 1 star hotel.

I give this hotel 3 stars for poor housekeeping. We arrived around 8pm and stayed with no pets. Front desk was courteous and checked us in quickly. Our room was tidied but not truely clean. This was evident by black dog hair scattered across and inside the pillow cases, the sheets of both beds were stained and had long black pet hair with scabs dried to the sheets. Also the towels in the bathroom were folded, but held make up stains from recent use. It seemed as if all linens were still used from the previous tenant. We called to the front desk who brought up spare sheets. Upon stripping the bed with the front desk manager, urine and blood stains were revealed on the mattress topper. The front desk manager helped change all linens, but it was obvious that he was unfamiliar with the bed spread bc he brought duvet covers and no spare duvet or comforter. He apologized and stated that it would be addressed on our account. Upon checking out after our stay the new front desk receptionist was uninformed of the issue and merely apologized stating that they "would mention it to housekeeping" before charging us for the full 2 day stay. I have stayed at Holiday Inn several times before. This was the first and potentially last time for this location.

Not sure what limited service means, but this hotel is great for a short term stay. Very clean rooms and the whole hotel smells great. Unfortunately only one trashcan was cleared out during our stay. I like how they have the bigger bottle of products, and it's nice how it's all dove so I don't feel gross n' sticky after showering. The toilet paper isn't great, but whatever. Breakfast is decent, but it runs out fast.
The construction outside made it kind of a pain to get in an out of depending on what direction you were going. Since traffic is so light, it's not the biggest deal to hit a U-Turn and construction is temporary.
Front desk staff are lovely.
