Everything about this hotel was great. Some of you rate it as if you were paying for a five star hotel, it’s not. Yet, it is very comfortable for a road trip. Great customer service, clean, food, pet friendly and very affordable.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Hotel gives you a front row seat to highway and parking lot noise. There is zero sound reduction. You will hear everything. I sleep with earplugs and still heard all the noise.
Toliet ran all night.TVs are probably 19 inch, super small, ironically you have to turn volume to 60 to hear it! They are not adjustable for viewing.
Water pressure ..... LIMITED, but hot
Just save your money, go elsewhere

This company did not allow a young man to bury his 4 year old daughter. Shameful company. I knew the last time I stayed here with roaches, something like this could’ve happened. Take. Care. Of. Your. Employees. They are human beings. Never staying here again.

Woke up to bed bugs crawling on me.
When I informed the front desk that, they moved me to a new room, but didn't even offer an apology. I asked if they were willing to take care of my laundry expenses at least, the night auditor said that the manager will give me a call in the morning. The next day: no call.
I was staying here for work, working sun up to sun down every day. I didn't have the time to track down an absent GM and I wasn't going to get any help from the night auditor who did the bare minimum. When I checked out I asked once again for some type of remedy for being in a bed bug ridden room, they said the manager will give me a call. It's been nearly a week and I still havent received a call or email from a manager.
I understand that bed bugs happen and that's just part of running a hotel. I worked in hotels, and now I stay in hotels for work. The ONLY remedy I wanted was for the hotel to wash my laundry or cover my laundry expenses because I was working extremely long hours. They risked spreading the infestation to other rooms by not insisting that my luggage be cleaned.
After this experience, I cannot imagine what other disgusting, negligent practices is standard for this hotel.
