First, staff was pleasant and check-in/check-out was easy. Hotel had plenty of parking and rooms seemed clean. Went a little sideways from there. Pool/exercise room were closed. Reviews from months ago said same thing. Hallway on 1st floor had strange smell. Biggest complaint would be shower. Water temps were great, but shower head only had one speed. Like standing under a power washer! Plenty of parking, but driveways leading to hotel had huge potholes. Seems OK for a 1 night stay, but hotel feels aged, and seems that maintenance is either being done slowly or not at all. Looking for a place to just sleep then get rolling in the morning, this place works. Can be 3-Star property if management steps up repairs and upkeep.

I've been staying at this location for years, though not weekly, but yearly. The key to any good service/hotel business is consistency. Each time I stay, it's the same, excellent. Carter and her staff are knowledgeable, and attentive. The rooms, clean and roomy. No problem at all recommending them to others and fair rates too.

I expected Holiday Inn to be better than this. There are still stains that needs to be removed, from the carpet to the bathroom, and why is the faucet off-center from the sink? Come on! This is a brand owned by IHG. Also, the fire alarms went off that night. Sure, that randomly happens, but how come we are not allowed to know what caused the fire alarms? If you can afford to make your rooms look nice, at least clean them and take care of them to be nice as well. Oh and make sure your window curtains are thoroughly cleaned too!

Do not judge a book by its cover. As an IHG Rewards member, this stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The Hampton Inn across the street provided a far better experience—we stayed there on our way up and would strongly recommend it over this location. After driving through the night, we specifically booked this hotel looking forward to using the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, after checking in and going down to the amenities, we were informed that both the pool and hot tub were out of service. This information was not disclosed at the time of booking. Additionally, the bathtub in our room was unclean, with visible hair and rust stains. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and safety, and I did not feel comfortable showering myself or allowing our child to use the bathroom. Please remember to keep your socks on when walking on the floors. Our daughter walked across the floor and it turned her white socks dark brown. It should also be noted that breakfast at this location closes at 9:00 a.m., despite the additional cost, which was disappointing and inconsistent with the other locations time expectations. Overall, this experience did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, transparency, or guest service. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Do your research and check through the negative reviews, I wish I had before staying here. Disrespectful and rude management, no problem solving or real customer service skills. I'm a hair stylist, I know customer service. I woke up to a notice that we had a pending charge on our account from the hotel, so I went down to the front desk to try and figure out why. The lady there Liz assured me that nothing had been pulled out but to contact them immediately if it went through. No resolution really but she tried and was very kind. I returned to my room to find my room key wasn't working. I wanted to avoid waking up my partner as we have been traveling across the country for days and he could use the rest. So I went back downstairs to get a new key. Liz was not at the desk so I waited. After about 4 minutes Carter the GM came out. I explained what happened to her, she asked my name and I mentioned my name is not on the list. That it would be my partner or his mother. She then with an outstanding amount of attitude and rudeness informed me there was nothing she could do for me as it was a security issue to allow me a room key. I left my phone in the room and had no way to get a ahold of my partner. No other solution was offered or attwmpted, so I went up stairs, sat in the hallway and pounded on the door til my (legally hearing impaired btw) bf woke up. This obviously upset him and he didn't understand why she didn't offer any other solution and was accusing me of being a stranger off the street, especially as I was literally just at the desk 5 minutes prior trying to solve an issue. Cameras would clearly show me leaving the room and coming down to the lobby, if there had been any interest at all in helping me. He went down to speak with her and she was also very rude and using an unacceptable tone with him. She lied and said I gave her 4 names saying that made her suspicious (I gave her 2 names, my partners and his mother who is the IHG account holder) then made some excuses on how the phones are usually turned off so she wouldn't bother calling up to the room to try to confirm or ask him to come get me to verify. She then stated we were to leave the hotel without finishing our stay. No showers, not able to brush my teeth, just had to hastly pack and leave. You've been warned
