This room was huge. It worked Very Well for my lady living a life on a scooter.. good shower access. Refreshing to see a place that understands life for the disabled.
I won't dock a star for it, but there was a monster truck without visible plates or permits parked on the sidewalk much of the evening. That's a guest/visitor issue not really a facility one.

Good location. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to Longhorn Steakhouse. The rooms are outdated and just “okay”. Nothing special to it but it wasn’t nasty like other places I was stuck staying at. It was enough for one night; a place to take a hot shower and lay out head before hitting the road. If you’re looking for a place to comfortably stay at for more than a night, i would do more research and find a newer spot. This place worked for us because it was pet friendly with no restrictions. Next time we are in town, I’ll consider staying at Home2Suites which was also pet friendly and right across the parking lot from this hotel.

Horrible experience, horrible location I arrived to surprise my girlfriend. And the front desk "Carlos" called his manager and after explaining to her over "Carlos's" phone that I believed the room phone wasn't working and that I kept getting her voicemail on her cell.. She explained that nothing could be done. I asked if someone could knock on her door. After refusing to contact her by knocking on the door. I was finally able to reach her through her roommates phone. And she greeted me in the lobby. Then "Carlos" ran over to chastise my girlfriend and me. Then Carlos threatened to call the cops on me. For taking to my girlfriend. So I asked Carlos to call the police and that I would be glad to speak to them. He refused to do so then again began to talk down to me. I will be reporting this with IHG corporate. And was able to get a better deal, cleaner more friendly standards one block down the road at Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham. Where I was treated with respect and checked in was quick.

Breakfast was great and the breakfast team member was amazing. Other than that there's not much positive to say. The shower in my room was either boiling hot or cold, no in between. The TV didn't work and neither did the phone. My kids were asleep when I wanted to shower so I couldn't have switched rooms. I brought this to the team members attention at check out and she couldn't have cared less. Not even an apology. She also told me she couldn't print my receipt because I booked through a third party which I didn't. I booked directly through the hotel website. She did end up printing the receipt for me. I wouldn't stay again. Too many issue and service isn't great.
