Thoroughly enjoyed our stay mid-December 2025 on our way home on a 2,000+ mile trip.
They have pet areas and walking areas. We had dinner at the nearby Buc-Cees.
Breakfast was truly wonderful and the front desk staff were the best.
Thanks for hosting us on our cross country trip home!

Im giving them a 1 star because our experience was a COMPLETE DISASTER! I booked this room for my neice through the hotels app. She and her husband were driving from north Colorado and this was the half way point. We called and spoke to Charles to inform him that they wouldn’t be coming in until 5 am and yes we know they had to be out by 11am that wasn’t a problem, they just needed a few hours of sleep before driving another 12 hours to Mississippi. So they got to the hotel and was informed that they didn’t have a room because Charles didn’t do his job and the room was marked a no show. I called the hotel and spoke with a young lady who then told me I needed to call hotels.com to see if they can reactive it and send it back over. All of this was a massive inconvenience that could have been prevented if Charles just did his job in the first place. I ended up getting hotels.com to reactive the room and called the hotel back etc. then I was informed she spoke with the general magnet and they were going to comp the room for me ( which I didn’t ask for but nice gesture) and give me a refund. Because of the inconvenience this has caused and ended up giving them a late check out at 1 pm instead of 11am. Well it is now 24 hours later and I still have not received a refund or an email or anything saying that they are trying to process the refund. My issue with this is don’t tell someone you’re going to do something and then not do it. I understand that I didn’t ask for it in the first place, but it was brought up and I was assured that I was going to get a refund for all the trouble that I had to go through and inconvenience, this caused on everybody. Definitely poor customer service and poor communication!!
