The hotel offers a great value, the staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, and the rooms - while not luxurious - are spotless, comfortable and equipped well with a Kurig coffee machine, fridge and a microwave oven. This time we were welcomed by Pamela at the reception who was all smiles and couldn’t do more to make us feel welcome on our arrival. Good breakfast with cold and hot options and heathy choices. Thank you, team Hilton Garden Inn Amarillo! We’ll be back.

And the coffee is literally the worst i have ever had. It blows my mind that this is a 4 star hotel. They even want $10 for Breakfast. I paid $250 for one night. There's a reason they have terrible reviews. Avoid this place at all costs. I have stayed in nicer motel 6's.

Only problem was we had to park in the back and we couldn’t use the back doors and had to walk all the way to the front at night in the cold. Other than that it was a pleasant stay
