Heavier people will sink a lot more and be more uncomfortable. Heard some slight road noise and was bothersome for light sleepers but not terrible. Overall had a really good stay!

It was snowing but the side walls were full of ice and they were asked to please put some salt down and this was after trying to hold my 87 yr old mothers arm to get her in the door and still no one did anything. Stood waiting to check in while this guy sat on a bar stool behind the reservation desk played on his phone as the other gal was busy with another person, then the guy said I didn't even see you. Get off your phone. It is all on camera. Breakfast is not a part of your stay, but it was pretty darn good and the morning manager was awesome. However our reservation wasn't taken right and things seemed a bit off for a Holiday Inn and no one seemed to care.

Received room and heat didn't work. Took a shower and shower head was not on tight enough. Water gushing out the threaded part. Bunch of debris in toilet. Had a dog with me and was charged on 2 separate credit cards. the one on file and my personal. Worried about my vehicle after noticing homeless camp in adjacent field. Not a good place to stay. Will not return ever. Front desk staff was very nice is the only reason they received 2 stars.
