Unfortunately the service I got this last Friday morning was extremely rude. Unfortunately I did not get her name. I had been waiting 45 minutes for a luggage cart. And had two heavy things left to take down. At that point I really needed to get on the road I asked the woman if she didn't think maybe they needed a few more luggage carts. She rudely told me no they actually have one extra than other Hamptons they don't need anymore . I said well I I've been waiting I need to get on the road what can I do. She said you can sit over there wait. She said well I'll find someone to help if it's too long. Well I waited then I said do you think you could please find someone to help me carry my things down as it was already an hour.She said I'll do it. Went with me in snarky silence to my room grabbed my things . Said I'll have these at the desk. Which was funny since I was leaving in the same direction so I walked back down with her in her snarky silence. Getting off the elevator I said thank you I'll take them from here and she basically dropped a 30 pound cooler into my hand I'm 68 years old I did not need that. I do wish I had her name because I would've reported her. Other than that I like the hotel and have not found other rude people there at the desk

They stay true to their promise that if you are not 100% satisfied they will find a way to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. We stayed here because it was very close to the highway and in a very good location (close to target, restaurants, about 12 minutes to the big Texan). The only call out I have is that the doors are not soft closing, so if you dont hold it, the door will slam and can be quite loud.
