    As always, Hampton Inn truly lives up to its excellent reputation! ⭐️ The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and everything felt welcoming and well cared for. 🛏️✨ You always know what you’re getting with Hampton—clean, cozy, and dependable every single time. 🙌🏨 Without a doubt, it’s always worth the stop and a brand we’re happy to return to again and again! 😊👍

    Writing this review primarily due to a very negative experience with the hotel manager Jess Reyes who basically “verbally assaulted” me upon checking in today. I’m a lifetime Diamond member who loyally has stayed with Hilton almost exclusively when traveling for the past 25 years. I have NEVER had a more NEGATIVE experience at any Hilton property than I did today. After being blown off on my first attempt to check-in I went to use the restroom. Upon my return was asked by Lindsey how she could help me and I stated that I was checking in and stepped up to the counter to be helped. As soon as I STEPPED UP to the counter the overly zealous Jess Reyes snapped at me and essentially ordered me to STEP BACK and stated I was crowding out a customer who was already standing to the side allowing me plenty of room to interact with Lindsey. I was taken aback because Lindsey had initiated the contact with me as I was patiently awaiting my turn to check in. It’s very sad that someone like Jess Reyes feels she can verbally abuse customers and treat them with such disdain! She is a TERRIBLE representative for the hospitality business. I have stayed at this same hotel several times in the past year and never had any issues at this location. Unfortunately, after the verbal abuse I received from this manager I don’t plan to stay at this Hampton anymore. The only way that I would stay here again would be if she was relieved of her duties as manager.

    Easy on and off... Very clean and safe area with a lot of food in the area... With some delivery.. definitely will be staying here again... Pet policy for service animals 😀

    Cassi made our family’s stay especially enjoyable through her professionalism and genuine care. As a former manager at a major hotel, I can say she demonstrates the qualities I would look for when considering someone for advancement. She is attentive, takes pride in her work, and clearly values the guest experience. This level of commitment is not common and deserves recognition. Thank you, Cassi, for your dedication and care.

    Clean, quiet, and fully updated/new. We had an issue with our room and Naomi helped us out quickly, taking care of the problem. Pool was well maintained and the breakfast had many options. Will be back.
