We locked ourselves out of our adjoining room with the interior locks set so a key card wouldnt work. She finally got us in and on our way all while keeping up with her staff and other guests.

As of today house keeping and room and hall cleaning have become subpar. Very unfortunate as this hotel has a great location. Hopefully corporate reads these reviews as it’s apparent that hotel management does not care enough to conduct quality assurance and care enough about appearance of hotel. Room and hallway carpets were not vacuumed at all. And bathroom tub surround has mold all around it.
