Beautiful stay! From the moment we walked in, the scent throughout the hotel was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable, the pillows were great, and everything was exceptionally clean. We truly enjoyed our stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you enjoy discovering that the manager sold your rooms for a premium rate, leaving you with no accommodations despite having a confirmed booking. Yes, you read that right. My group and I had five rooms confirmed for two nights at this Embassy Suites. We arrived at the hotel around 11:15pm to check in (at our scheduled arrival time that the hotel knew about) to be told by the manager that he had no reservations for any of us and they had no vacancy that night. Our transportation driver informed us that this has happened to his customers at this Embassy Suites the previous two nights too. The manager is disregarding confirmed reservations and selling any room to last minute guests with no reservations for a premium rate… all so his hotel can earn some extra money. And when I tried to give him our reservation confirmation numbers to inquire about HOW our rooms were given away, he rolled his eyes at me and took a phone call. He made no attempt to try to find the mistake. He claimed there were rooms at another hotel that was very far away and in the middle of nowhere - a hotel that our van driver said we should never stay at because it is run down and has no food around it (we are here for two days and did not rent a car because we expected to be downtown within walking distance of everything). I travel weekly for my job and have NEVER been treated so poorly or disrespectfully before and have NEVER had a situation like this happen before. So at midnight, we spent hours searching all over town for five new hotel rooms, which was incredibly challenging given that there was a large event in town and almost every hotel was sold out. We are all completely disgusted by this hotel and especially with the manager. This wasn’t a genuine mistake. This was pure greed and a malicious attack on paying customers to make an extra dime. I wish I could give this hotel and especially the manager less than 1 star.

The hotel has a great service to offer, rooms are spacious, evening drinks are limited but are good. Breakfast was delicious and fresh.
