Cereal, coffee and other things. Parking is close to the building. Staff is always kind. I recognize some of them who have been there for a few years. It is always nice to see familiar faces.

The tenant claimed the rodeo is in town —it is, on the other side of the city. More interestingly, another vehicle was occupying about five spaces apparently without issue. The staff were then sarcastic when I inquired about the inconsistent application of their apparent rule.
