  Absolutely the best customer service! If you're ever in Amarillo and need a room, go see Garrett! He is the man! A genuine pleasure of a man. Every hotel needs a Garrett! I told the lady in the morning I was going to ask him tk work for me and she begged me not to 😂 She was a gem as well. Didn't catch her name, but these folks made my night/day. Kudos!

  Well done motel. Good breakfast. Garrett at the front desk was helpful, friendly, and very courteous. All the staff has been nice. Right off I40. Refrigerator and microwave in room. 24hr coffee machine. Water filling station. Great deal for the price.

  Easy off and on off the 40 frwy. The king bed rooms are large. Very light and bright with super rain shower head. Great hot breakfast. Eggs, sausage, ham, schredded hashbrowns and Texas shaped waffles and more. The Londerner restaurant in the Sheratin nearby is excellent.

  This hotel did not live up to our expectations of a BW Plus. Checkin did not have any "perks" for being a member (in Tucumcarinwe get water and fresh baked cookies upon checkin). The breakfast was just average the eggs were quite watery and the ham rubbery. Coffee was like warm and all of the toppings for the yogurt and waffles were GONE. This was at 7:45am when breakfast had another hour and fifteen minutes. The pet friendly room was great, the pet area was lacking quite a bit.

  To start, the lady at the front desk was great! Wish I got her name. She gets 5 stars. The low rating is for the sheets and no response from the manager. I stayed there on 4/7. My overall stay was fine. Breakfast was okay. The ham was overcooked, and I had hoped for something better than tater tot crowns. The biggest issue was the bed sheets in both beds. It was obvious they had not been cleaned, just reused. There was hair, dirt and other mystery things. I took photos and showed them to the front desk lady. She was appalled and apologized. She gave me new sheets and the manager's email, insisting I email the manager. I sent the email with photos and received no reply. The rest of the room was fine but makes you wonder what else they failed to clean. Dirty sheets are just gross.
