The service and front desk was friendly and quick with check in, the rooms were clean, and since we got a room not facing the highway it was super quiet for sleeping. My only complaint is the breakfast. We were not impressed with little options for food. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Had to modify my reservation to change the number of beds that were in my room and was charged a cancellation fee of almost $200 even though I still stayed at the property. I’ve contacted Dee Dee at the front desk and attempted to reach the manger several times and they do not call back or refund the mistaken charge. This is unacceptable. As for the hotel itself. It was clean and fairly new. A good location in Allen. We felt safe. The breakfast options were terrible, nothing healthy, and the walls are paper thin. So we slept horribly due the the volume of the action movie next door.

Wallmart is a short walk from here, so stocking up is easy. The owner is seen visiting the property at times and is very helpful, Rooms are cleaned overy other day

The staff was consistently polite and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh, hot, and served right on time each morning. Both the hallways and rooms were spotless, which I truly appreciated. That said, the bed design was a concern. It was not very comfortable, and the wooden frame extended several inches past the mattress on all sides. This made it very easy to bump into, which happened more than once and was quite painful. Because the bedspread conceals the frame, it’s an issue guests won’t notice until it’s too late. The bathroom was compact, though the shower had excellent water pressure and heated almost instantly — a real plus. The mounted shampoo and soap dispensers were convenient, but the bottles were difficult to squeeze. Overall, I would return to this property for the cleanliness, friendly staff, and reliable amenities. However, improving the comfort and safety of the bed would make the stay much better.
