  I’ve been very disappointed with my recent stay at this location. When I arrived at my room, the microwave was very dirty, with food crumbs stuck to the top, bottom, and sides of the inside. Also, during my 4 day stay, they never removed any trash or offered replacement shower towels. We even had some broth in a can delivered, which required a can opener. The one in the hotel room was rusted and faulty. We called the front desk to see if they could get us a replacement. They sent up the maintenance guy, who took the old one, but never brought back another. For an older location that is clearly in need of a refresh, you’d think that, at the bare minimum, cleanliness and service would be their highest priorities, to help distract from other property defects that are showing their age. I don’t blame housekeeping; I blame the property owners, because I don’t think they care. There are other similar reviews, and while they have a template response to each one, you keep seeing the same complaints come up. If they’re not going to pick up trash or offer replacement towels at least every other day, they should let guests know, as this seems to be very common house keeping service at many other Hilton properties. But I just don’t think the owners care, because if they did, I think they’d hire one or two more housekeepers to help clean such a large property and ensure full cleanliness, along with the basic minimum of trash and towel service. You just have to know what to expect going in, when paying your hard earned dollars at this hotel.

  Very nice hotel. Imma breakfast guy so I always judge the hotel by their breakfast and rooms and the rooms are clean and the breakfast was great. Great location right off the highway for easy access. But not noisy at all.

  This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in a very long time. I have always been a Hilton Customer. This hotel was located around everything in a good way not to wear. Everything was cluttered and it was four minutes away from where I was visiting family, which made it even more convenient. I would recommend that anyone come and stay the room and hotel are clean. The staff was amazing. I really wish I could’ve gotten the ladies name at the front desk who helped my daughter with extra blankets Breakfast was really good, especially someone like me that has a few issues with allergies so that was aA1 for me. I will definitely be coming back to visit again on a longer stay all tens from me.!!
