    This is a pretty shitty hotel the doors don’t work properly and the key cards are constantly going out. They have special Wi-Fi that you must pay for, but the free Wi-Fi is extremely slow and always goes down. ALSOOOO THE CAMERAS DO NOT COVER THE PARKING LOT!!!!! I had my truck broken into and the hotel said they couldn’t do anything or see anything even though I was parked in the main parking. Also to add the freezer being completely melted did they toss everything no just turned it back on with the stuff in it

    This place is just OK overall. I have stayed here for weeks at a time over the last several years. In that time it's just gone further downhill by not having painting and cleaning kept up. I would say the hotel just needs more maintenance. There are many issues all over the property to be addressed. In my room (a 1 bedroom with living room suite), there are stains on the carpet that need to be cleaned, the night stands are chipped and worn out, a handle was missing on the dresser, and the carpet is ripped. The hallways also need paint and cleaning in general due to cart and luggage drag marks and chipped corners. The property needs to be re-freshed with maintenance, paint, and carpet cleaning. Also the housekeeping is spotty at best. Last year we were here and the maid showed up once in 9 days, even after calling the front desk multiple times. We had to get clean towels ourselvrs from the front desk, also coffee, tp, etc. Good location for me, but falling below Hilton standards at this point (I am a Diamond Member).

    Es un hotel que es muy funcional, ya que la habitación tiene cocineta, lo cual ayuda mucho si quieres tener a la mano alimentos. Esta muy centrico ya que ibamos de compras a Allen Premium Outlets y tiendas cercanas ahi como el Bass Pro Shop que esta en Allen.

    Today my brother and my 5 year old son faced the worst customer service experience at this hotel. 1. The room key was not working at first.. When asked about it they got a rude reply from the front desk lady and was asked to reach the front desk to receive another one as she is the only one there to manage the entire hotel. 2. The bathroom shower gel was empty. When asked about it. She replied that she can provide a soap maybe in morning 🤷🏻‍♂️. The stock inventory has expired.. 3. High was the rent but didn't get a decent customer service even at the 1star motels offer. 4. Front desk lady's voice tone was also very irritating and full of bad attitude. She had little respect for the needs of people.
