- DJDavid JenningsNov 14, 20255.0We spent two nights in Allen, Tx and stayed here. After checking in and getting to our room, we started to unpack and settle in. Upon turning on the tv we could not access live tv. I called the front desk and William the night clerk came up and tried to reset the tv. Unable to he said that engineers would come up in the morning to fix it. Not 10 minutes after leaving the room the fire alarm started going out. William again returned and brought new room keys for us to change rooms. William went above and beyond the call of duty. It’s because of this type of service that I stay at Hilton properties. Thank you William for your dedication and service.

The shower curtain is literally ripped, stained, and hanging on for dear life. The toilet is loose and slides every time you sit, and you can see a piece is missing from the base. Very unsettling. The bed is scratchy and uncomfortable. The pillows? I wouldn’t even call them pillows. They are flat, flimsy, and offer zero support. Thankfully I brought my own, but a hotel should at least provide a good night’s sleep (bare minimum). For a conference overflow hotel charging this much, I expected clean, safe, and comfortable accommodations. This stay has been none of the above. I hope they make some serious updates, because right now the value and quality just aren’t there. I will not be staying here ever again.
