The folks at Hilton Garden Inn have always been a pleasure to work with and very accommodating for our special events for the Allen Sports Association. Most recently, allowing our track program to afford to host their annual end of season banquet here. We appreciate the support to our non-profit!

It was a very nice, clean hotel. Rooms were comfortable and quiet, beds were nice. My complaint is about the $16 breakfast buffet. We went ahead and had the buffet however for the price the food was not even as good as some budget motels I have stayed at. Rather than having a diy waffle maker, they had a silver tray of microwaved frozen pancakes that were rock hard and inedible. The rest of the food was what you would expect from any other basic continental breakfast. There were three of us so we paid $50 before tip which brought our entire one night stay to roughly $200. Oh, they also did this weird thing where they put two bottles of Dasani in the room with a sign that said free for members otherwise it's $3 a bottle? Odd. We decided to stay in the area another night but stayed not even a full mile up the interstate at the Hilton Homewood Suites and the rooms were even nicer, food was fresher and tasted better, and overall we paid less. Bottom line the hotel is fine to stay at but I would be prepared to eat breakfast somewhere else or bring your own food.

Came here for a Friday/Saturday event in McKinney. Location is right next to award winning restaurant Two Rows and easy access to the Marriott Convention Center. Service includes being able to check in before arriving and gaining keyless entry so you can go right to your room when you arrive. If you're not using this feature in the app then you should! Came back from the event and had an interaction with the front desk which was a positive quick experience. Beds were comfortable, shower was great. Tv can be fully operated from the phone app and we had no issues hooking up our HDMI device (Roku) as well as our travel wireless router. The place overall is up to date, working, and clean. We stayed on the 6th floor. I would highly recommend staying here.
