They clearly gave us the pricing in the start and never mentioned about the service charges, they said the services are covered for outside catering fees they charge. Fast forward to signing contract, all of sudden 24% services charges come up even on outside catering fees! Please don’t work this place. The catering/sales team at Hilton garden inn Allen is totally unprofessional and will never be upfront with you, and keep you in the dark until signing the contract (please read the fine prints, I usually don’t, but I’m so glad I did here).

The location is super convenient — there are tons of food options and shopping nearby, which made everything easy and stress-free. The rooms were clean and well kept, which is always one of my top priorities when traveling. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they made the stay feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality. Overall, this is a great, affordable place to stay in a prime area, and I’d definitely come back.
