As a treat we normally take a day or two as a "mini getaway" and also used this location for many out of town guests for a special event. Everyone who stay had a very positive experience and booking the room block was super easy with fabulous attention to detail by Samm. I love how each person there makes you feel so special and that you are unique with appreciation! Wow, wow, and wow!! Terrific hotel!

My young daughters were running around the lobby and making some noise, and he remained very calm and kind. He completely understood how kids can be hyper sometimes and even said, “Don’t worry about it—my kids are the same way,” which turned what could have been an embarrassing moment into a really positive one for me. He was also extremely helpful in providing information about the hotel facilities and went above and beyond by helping me find a nearby laundromat. Throughout our entire conversation, Johnathan was professional, patient, and genuinely pleasant. Great customer service!

When I first arrived on the 23rd around 8pm, I waited around at the front desk for about ten minutes until a woman came and when I said hello she rudely told me to wait the internet is down. I told her I can wait as she tried to get the internet working. She was so rude I decided to look for other rooms on my phone, but she got the internet to work about five minutes later. After I got in my room, I noticed it was clean and comfortable, so I decided to stay. My only other complaint would be the food served for breakfast. It tasted like cheap hospital food and the seasoned potatoes weren't even cooked through. The waffles were ok, just like the stay. Overall it was an ok experience, but definitely not worth the higher price markup for the Christmas holiday.
- LMLoretta MorenoDec 28, 20251.0Coming off a long 10 hour drive, we needed a place to sleep for the night before another 6 hour drive. Stopped in this Hampton Inn because of the reviews and location. Great shopping and food. Well our first room the A/C did not work and when trying to call the front desk to report the issue found out the phone did not work either. Finally got our room switched, because the gentleman at the front desk told us that he could not guarantee that if maintenance fixed the A/C that it would work. Now to our second room, that A/C crackled all night everytime the fan turned on, it sounded like someone squeezing a plastic water bottle all night! I DO NOT recommend this location. Hotel staff, said their hands were tied. Go figure!
