My recent experience was a mixed bag. The good came with the free breakfast which was delicious and offered many choices. The staffer handling the area was efficient and nice. Very clean too. The evening clerk when I checked in also was friendly and helpful. The TV channel selection was great as was the large TV and the room featured many USB outlets for phone re-charging. And it was clean. The not-so-good ... the recent rehab must not be finished as my room was not totally in a make-ready state. Painting on the walls was incomplete as was paneling work underneath the A/C unit. The fixtures had a mix of old and new. And there was some paint stains on the carpet. More concerning was not having any towels in my bathroom or soap. When I went downstairs to the front desk to get some, the morning clerk got me what I needed but there was no apology, no nothing. You would think the staffer would at least say "we're so sorry Mr. So-and-So. Here you go." I got the same treatment when I checked out. There was no "thank you for staying with us" or "sorry again about no towels or soap." Just a "here you go" with the receipt. And then I was still two hours from checkout and housekeeping is banging on the door. I opened up and said "I'm not checked out yet." You'd think they would have a list. For the cost of the room ... the negative stuff made me feel like it was not worth it.

All three coffee selections available were not hot. Several guests were microwaving their coffee after pouring themselves a cup. We were told that we were not allowed to put (paper) cups in the microwave. "Because there is metal in them or something, I am told." Then promptly removed all coffee urns. This was at almost 6am on the dot. A little behind the curve on timing the coffee making. I would have to assume that this "rule" had more to do with the fact that we were joking about the cold/bad coffee than with the protection of the microwave from metallic paper cups. Facility is clean. Evening front desk was a really great woman. Very nice. Smiling. Accommodating. Rooms are a little bit dated. Need USB at locations other than just the bedside. Cable selection is mediocre.

The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean and inviting. The rooms are nicely decorated, but the beds are hard and uncomfortable. I wake up everyday with my back hurting. Still better than Holliday inn though

I personally would not recommend your hotel to of my family or friends because y’all stay with peoples money that have other emergencies and you don’t refund the money back to let everybody out there know. Do not use them at any time and Don’t Makereservations ahead of time either. You could have people dying in your family, and they have no remorse to help people out.
