- VCVenus CreativeDec 8, 20231.0BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL. My experience was AWFUL . Juan, the front desk associate forced himself into our room, unannounced! Nor did he state why he tried to come into the room! Also another woman working at the front desk passed out drunk, behind the desk. Addison PD and the fire dept had to escort her out in hand cuffs! Not to mention she had other drugs and alcohol in her purse. OTHER GUESTS IN THE LOBBY WITNESSED THIS AS WELL. All of this happened within a week. The manager Karen is beyond nasty and rude! Also something is wrong with their card reader. If you put a card on file, they will overcharge you! And not to mention if you book with a third party they will double charge you! & We also found a roach in the bathroom during our stay. The good thing about this hotel is the nice housekeeping, breakfast, and the kind associate Diana. There are better/safer hotels in Addison, go there!
