- SEShawn EtienneNov 16, 20251.0This place is absolutely infested with German cockroaches!!! Do not let the desk or management try and say they are “water bugs”. The room I was in had no drapes and some rigged up shade that let the morning light right in around the sides. They have exposed food, cups, bowls, and utensils sitting out for the roaches to infect. We killed four during our stay. They came out in the light! This tells you how bad the infestation is!!!

Breanna at the front desk just called me and offered me water and that if I needed something they would help me out. Just when you think courtesy and professionalism is dead. Great Hotel and staff. God bless the housekeeping lady who knocked on my door and Breanna. ✌️

- PPPaulOct 28, 20251.0My bathroom had spots covered in grime, pubes, etc. AC units are loud and smell of burnt hair. Co-worker found a cockroach in his and killed it, and room service somehow managed to not clean up the remains. Front desk service is slow. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Holiday Inn that is mere miles away from this one.
