The room had many things that were broken and the water was scalding, hot and it burned my daughter. The breakfast did not have the juice machine. Working in the only water that was available was in the fitness room. And they refill the water jug with tap water. It tastes disgusting. This hotel is a horrible hotel.Do not go here.

*** EDITED *** PRICE GOUGERS AND SWINDLERS. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Update on 12-19-25: Management responded to this review with a comment about a "pet identified in the guest room"... this is absolutely not true. Before we ever even got to our room, when we were checking in, the front desk clerk craned her head over the counter, looked at my dog, then went right back to typing on her keyboard. I thought she was typing something normal about the number of guests, plus my golden retriever, who stayed obediently right there by my side. I recall thinking it was kind of weird because I didn't know what she was typing (or even what she was thinking at the moment?) but If the front desk clerk had just kindly mentioned something about my pet (a question within her legal realm) I would have at least had the right to choose whether or not to stay there. Even though I had pre-paid, I still would have had the CHOICE to go ahead and seek accommodations elsewhere so as to not incur the $250 fee on top of the already $350 pre-paid amount that I paid online for the room. I was not given that right to choose, and that is the reason why I will continue to pursue this. It was deliberate. Plain and simple. If I do not receive a refund because of this underhanded transaction, this will definitely not be the only review I post, and I will make sure I educate people about this particular Holiday Inn Express so that they may be forewarned.
"Unprofessional" would be an understatement. I was charged an additional fee of $250 that has not been refunded to me. Receptionist knew what she was doing. The manager and the director refuse to rectify this, and I have been an IHG rewards member for 11 years. Total price of stay?? Over $600. For one night. Be warned! Only giving one star because there was not a selection for negative stars. :(

During my twenty-five years of business travel, this is the absolute worst hotel I stayed in. Staff not welcoming, didn’t add my Diamond 500 welcoming points, front desk stated they don’t do this. IHG stated otherwise and added my points. The young lady at check in and check out, is the worst in the business. Rooms are outdated, not cleaned properly, and breakfast was a joke! I don’t recommend this property nor will return. Based on below reviews, I’m on point with what others are saying. Before you book a reservation, review all the one star reviews from the past six months, then ask yourself would you stay here?

For starters they gave us the wrong room, easy fix. Then the TV didn't work, we called the front desk at 9pm. They said they would be right up as I'm writing this the next morning, 12 Hours later, the TV is still not working. Room 227s TV is still broke. Then came the breakfast. No juices or Waffle maker. I'm probably more bummed about that than the TV. The chairs in the cafe area look like they were found at a local dump. I don't think there was one chair that wasn't ripped or broken in some manner or another. Holiday Inn you should invest in this location as families use it to visit their graduating kids from ACU.
