- EUEvil Unicorn5 days ago3.0The wifi didn't work effectively. It would stop to load every 1-5 minutes. The towels were rough so if you are sensitive, take your own towels. The evening manager was rude, said I had to check in by 7 pm or she would give my room away. I offered to pay for it with a card over the phone and she said NO! Which I found out she could have done without issue. The two women at check out in the morning were wonderfully nice. Be sure to remember your charging block for your phone, they don't accommodate with USB connection in the rooms. At least not in our room. For $200+ per night, they could have softer towels and USB connections like at other IHG hotels.

- JGJohn GageFeb 11, 20263.0WiFi is absolutely horrendous. I wouldn’t stay here if you have business dealings to do. The internet lags and is in and out every 5-10 minutes. Saw two cockroaches scurrying through my room. The noise comes through the walls pretty good too. I think the guy in the room next to me needs to be checked on. Loud snoring and gasping. Front desk was ok. Just not the best Holiday Inn property
