- SJSteven Jackson3 days ago1.0This hotel is so overrated! 1st off even though the staff were nice and the lobby seemed clean and welcoming, the attention to detail or the concern of just was NOT present at this hotel! The elevators floors were dirty so I did NOT touch the handrails and upon entering my room I could see my bed looked as if someone had layed on top of it made up. And when I went to use the microwave it wasn't clean, I mean it was nasty! I called the front desk and the offered to change my room but there was no sense of being surprised or appalled! Even when I went to the front desk and showed them the picture, it was like they were used to housekeeping being so inadequate! I would post pics but it won't let me! Only book a room here if you have no other choice!

As of 10/24/25 there are lots of construction guys staying for a local project but still plenty of rooms. They are located right off the highway. Just a couple of miles away from lots of places to eat. Plenty of parking too. The staff greeted us and were very friendly. Definitely stay here when I'm passing through.
- ABAmanda BenitezOct 18, 20252.0The hotel looked clean in the lobby but, the further into the hotel, you could see the lack of effort in details and cleanliness. We got to our room and it had a strange smell to it. The pull-out bed had a stain on the cover. We went downstairs to ask for a clean cover and we're told they don't know how to change out the covers and they didn't have housekeeping. Initially, it felt like I was being dismissed. After awhile the male staff member switched us to another room. The pull-out in that room had no bedding and a stain on the mattress. They moved us again and once again the mattress had no bedding. We decided to leave the hotel. The staff did apologize and said they made notw of the issues with each room. They said the manager wouldnt be in until the next morning and she could issue a refund. The charge is pending. The manager or a representative didn't reach out to us. We had just finished a 7 hour drive with 4 kids so this was extra exhausting for our family. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I have no desire to book with Holiday Inn again, specifically at this location.
