Start off with the front staff. The lady with the hair in a poney tail (RUDE). SHE LIKES TO ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMERS. The other ladies I wish I knew their names (VERY NICE).This place need to be updated BAD!! It is NASTY!! TEACH THE HOUSE KEEPERS HOW TO CLEAN. You have men and women who live out these hotels for work. Do Better!! I had to clean the room up. And the the lady with the poney tail (when I asked for a vacuum). Acted like I asked for a million bucks. She need to have better customer service.it had roaches. I hated I deleted the picture I sent to my husband. JUST PLAIN NASTY!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TO STAY HERE. THE REVIES THAT WAS POSITIVE. NOT TRUE! Sit by another hotel where people walk all day and they come over to that hotel and just sit. Take the rug out the rooms. That hold germs.

Rosie in the bar is a doll. Makes a great cocktail and the food they serve is really good for a Holiday Inn. Excellent. Everyone sitting at the bar loved it. And they have a blueberry cheesecake that has bb's all thru out the whole pie. It's fantastic. You should make a stop out of this Holiday Inn.

This hotel is so overrated! 1st off even though the staff were nice and the lobby seemed clean and welcoming, the attention to detail or the concern of just was NOT present at this hotel! The elevators floors were dirty so I did NOT touch the handrails and upon entering my room I could see my bed looked as if someone had layed on top of it made up. And when I went to use the microwave it wasn't clean, I mean it was nasty! I called the front desk and the offered to change my room but there was no sense of being surprised or appalled! Even when I went to the front desk and showed them the picture, it was like they were used to housekeeping being so inadequate! I would post pics but it won't let me! Only book a room here if you have no other choice!
