  Otelde yediğimiz yemeklerden çok memnun kaldık. Hem lezzet hem sunum gerçekten başarılıydı. Restoranın ortamı da oldukça şık ve rahattı. Özellikle Burhan Bey ve Ataberk Bey’in ilgisi, güler yüzü ve misafirperverliği deneyimimizi daha da güzel hale getirdi. Hizmet kalitesi gerçekten takdire değer. Tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu, emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ederiz.

  Uzun bi aradan sonra otel konaklamamda gerçekten başarılı hizmet güler yüz ve temizlik konusunda çok dikkatli hizmet sunan bi işletme kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Özellikle kahvaltı hizmeti ve çeşitliliği gerçekten çok güzel binbir çeşit ürün ve içecekle güzel bi kahvaltı sunmaktalar ve kahvaltı esnasında bizlere yardımcı olan Arda Bey, Nur Hanım ve Berfin Hanım a ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı çok teşekkür ediyoruz. İşini bilen başarılı insanlar üçüde.

  Отель находится далеко от центра конечно, но если вы приезжаете по работе как и мы , то сам отель отличный. Завтраки хорошие , много овощей, фруктов. Есть спа, где можно расслабится после тяжелого дня, и небольшой спортзал. Нам очень все понравилось . Персонал очень дружелюбный и готово помочь вам с вашими запросами.

  My stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. I would especially like to thank Front Office Manager George for his outstanding professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel warmly welcomed and ensured that every detail of my stay was perfectly organized. His friendly attitude, excellent communication skills, and quick solutions to every request created a comfortable and stress-free experience. Under George’s leadership, the front office team works with remarkable efficiency, courtesy, and attention to detail. The hotel itself offers excellent comfort, cleanliness, and high-quality service, but George’s personal approach truly elevates the experience to a genuine five-star standard. It is rare to meet a manager who is so passionate about his work and genuinely cares about every guest’s comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay, and I would be delighted to return again in the future.

  Had a pretty good stay at Crowne Plaza Istanbul overall. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and convenient for me since I needed to be near Tüyap Palas and the convention centre area. Big shoutout to Alpin and George, who was genuinely warm, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. He really made the experience better and stood out with his hospitality. One thing to note is that the hotel is very far from the main parts of Istanbul like Taksim Square, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque. Getting there by cab can become quite expensive, and honestly there isn’t much around the hotel apart from the convention centre. I’d mainly recommend staying here if you specifically need to be in this area for an event or exhibition. Other than the location, the stay itself was smooth and comfortable.
