  We checked in last night, but our stay was quite problematic. When we entered the room, the first thing we noticed was how extremely hot it was. I tried to turn on the air conditioning, but only the fan was working — both heating and cooling functions were inactive. The temperature could not be adjusted. When I called reception and explained the situation, the staff member seemed very surprised that I was asking about the AC. He mumbled something like “It should be working” and said he would send someone. Unfortunately, no one ever came, even after several hours. It felt like the air conditioning season hadn’t started yet, or that the owner decides which rooms get cooling. To cool the room, we had to open the windows, but since the hotel is surrounded by agricultural fields, the room quickly filled with mosquitoes. It became impossible to sleep comfortably at night. In the shower, there were still hairs from the previous guest. I tried to clean it with the shower head, but the water pressure was very low, making it difficult even to take a shower. Positive note: The location is very good if you want to stay near the airport. Actually, if I had been satisfied with the hotel, I was planning to stay 3 more nights, but because they made no effort to solve the AC problem, I checked out in the morning. In summary, there are serious deficiencies in basic areas (air conditioning, water pressure, and cleanliness). I hope the hotel management sees these issues and finds solutions for the comfort of future guests. While the location is advantageous for the airport, it fell short in terms of comfort.

  I spend in this hotel only one night, and I'm sorry that I had to leave. Very professional staff at reception (smart, fast, great English language). Super tasty breakfast (big choice)Thank you chefs. Very nice room with all you need (very clean). I had 5 stars experience. Please keep going, others could learn by you... thank you

  Odalar çok temizdi ve herkes son derece yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı da oldukça iyiydi. Kahvaltıda kahvemizi ve yiyeceklerimizi yanımıza alabilelim diye karton bardaklar ve kese kâğıtları hazırlanmıştı. Bunu görünce gerçekten çok şaşırdım. Burada genellikle sınava giren kişiler konakladığı için bunu çok ince ve düşünceli bir davranış olarak değerlendirdim.

  Balayı çifti olarak, Ankara'da sessiz bir konum istediğimiz için bu oteli seçtik. Otele gece geldiğimizde ise standart oda tutmamıza rağmen, bize suit odayı hediye ettiler kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve gayet yeterli seviyede... Oda temizliği güzel, Ankara da temiz, sakin bir vakit geçirmek istiyorsanız Holiday İn Express' i tercih edebilirsiniz.

  Spent 12 days in hotel during my business trip. All the time I felt that everything I need was solved immediately. During my stay, glass door on my shower got accidentally broken, without any hesitation I got new room immediately. Airport shuttle for free as part of a service was also very nice. Only thing missing is no pool or gym, but I understand is mostly to stay when you need to be close for airport as an “express” thing.
