  Mekanın atmosferi harikaydı yalnız içeriye girdiğimizde çalışanların tavrı berbattı sadece konaklayan turistlere karşı güzel bir hizmet vardı Türk tarihinin hakim olduğu bir mekanda yabancı turistlerin daha fazla ilgi görmesi oldukça acı çalışanlar içerisinde yalnızca İbrahim Düğüm müthiş nezaketli biriydi aşırı güzel ilgilendi kendisine tekrar teşekkür ediyorum fakat karşılamada ki kişi kendisine hanımefendi bile diyemeyeceğim.. tavırları hiç hoş değildi asla ilgilenmiyorlar yalnızca turistlere güzel davranışlar sergiliyorlar hizmet aşırı yetersiz yalnızca bir kişi çok iyiydi onu da belirttim zaten,tarihi yapıtları ve Türk tarihini Türklere saygısızlık yaparak ticarete dönüştürmeniz de çok yanlış bir seçim olmuş ayrıca heryerde fotoğraf çekimini yasaklamışlar ortak alanda yasak diyorlar saçmalıktı lavobo da bulunduğumuz esna da temizliğe geldiler müşteri içerideyken içerinin temizlenmesi de ne kadar doğru bilemedim özetle cennet bahçesi gibi mekan içerisinde ki şahsiyetler orayı kasvete bürümüşler umarım çekidüzen verirsiniz mekan süper çalışanlar berbat ötesi

  A true sanctuary of elegance in the heart of Istanbul. The Four Seasons Sultanahmet perfectly combines historical charm with contemporary luxury. Its location is perfect to Visit the city. just steps away from the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Topkapi Palace. The service is impeccable and welcoming. From the valet to reception to the waitresses at the restaurant we had a very pleasant experience.

  Dün arkadaşlarımızla hem güzel bir akşam yemeği yemek hem de bir doğum günü kutlamak için geldik. Aslında ilk planımız farklı bir yerdi ama rezervasyonsuz gelmemize rağmen bizi o kadar sıcak ve ilgili karşıladılar ki daha ilk andan doğru yerde olduğumuzu hissettik. Çalışanların ilgisi gerçekten çok samimiydi ve gece boyunca kendimizi çok özel hissettirdiler. Yemeklere gelecek olursam… tek kelimeyle efsaneydi. Sunumlar, lezzetler ve kalite beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Her detay özenle düşünülmüş. Ama burayı asıl unutulmaz yapan şey kesinlikle atmosferi. Tarihi dokunun içinde, böylesine büyüleyici bir ambiyansta bulunmak insana adeta zamanda yolculuk yapıyormuş hissi veriyor. Ortamın o huzurlu ve etkileyici havası, geceyi sıradan bir yemekten çok daha özel bir deneyime dönüştürdü. Kısacası hem lezzet hem hizmet hem de eşsiz tarihi atmosferiyle kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer oldu. 🌟

  Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, so glad we chose Sultanahmet! It takes so many people behind the scenes to make for a great stay, but we wanted to especially thank Manager Arden, and Concierge Sabuhi and Cetin. Thank you all for your great efforts in making our stay so wonderful.

  Our stay in the Beyzade Suite at the Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet was outstanding in every respect and undoubtedly ranks among the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel itself is an architectural gem with a unique historic charm. The entire property is immaculately maintained and impresses with exceptional cleanliness down to the smallest detail. The location is simply perfect: right in the heart of Sultanahmet, just a few steps from the main attractions, yet quiet, exclusive, and completely relaxing. The Beyzade Suite is a dream: generously designed, elegantly furnished, equipped with the highest level of comfort, and offering an atmosphere that immediately creates a sense of peace and luxury. What truly stands out, however, is the entire hotel team. From housekeeping to the front desk and reception, as well as the service staff and kitchen – every employee operates at an exceptionally high level. The friendliness is not only professional but genuinely warm and authentic. Every request is fulfilled with the utmost attentiveness and ease – often even before it is expressed. This level of genuine hospitality is rare and makes the decisive difference. The service is discreet, efficient, and at the same time personal – exactly as one would expect in a property of this category. Conclusion: A hotel that sets standards in every aspect – location, cleanliness, comfort, and above all service. Unreserved recommendation. We will definitely return.
