  Wij verblijven op dit moment met z’n tweeën in dit hotel in Antalya. De kamers zijn heerlijk en zien er netjes onderhouden uit. De schoonmaak komt elke dag en het ontbijtbuffet is erg uitgebreid. Ze zijn op dit moment bezig met de renovatie van het terrein rondom het zwembad, maar je kunt inmiddels gewoon weer gebruik maken van het zwembad, alleen nog geen parasols aanwezig. De ligging is ook perfect, het ligt net in een zijstraatje als je vanaf de hoofdstraat komt, je bent binnen een paar meter op de hoofdstraat maar hebt hierdoor geen last van herrie. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en staan altijd klaar om te helpen, ondanks dat ik bij andere reviews zie dat mensen ontevreden waren over de service hebben wij dit totaal niet zo ervaren. Tot nu toe erg tevreden over ons verblijf!

  Konumu merkezi yerde ama hizmet ilgi alaka sıfır Ayrıca cocuklarla geldiğimiz için havuzlu olduğu için tercih ettik ancak havuz tadilatta dediler ve bir haftadır havuz açılmadı.ne zaman açılacak diye sorduğumuzda da bilmiyoruz deyip geçiştiriliyor denize gidin diyorlar uslüp çok yanlış daha 2 gün buradayız ama sanki bedava kalıyoruz gibi bir tavır var Muratpaşaya bir daha gelecek olursam asla tercih etmem kimseye de tavsiye de etmem

  My parents stayed at Best Western Plus Khan Hotel in April 2026. While the stay itself was generally fine, the handling of a serious security concern has completely destroyed our trust in this hotel. During their stay, the room safe suddenly stopped accepting their code and could only be opened after reception sent an engineer to the room. At the time, they assumed it was a technical fault. However, after returning home, they discovered that a substantial amount of cash was missing from an envelope that had been stored inside the safe. The obvious concern was whether the safe had been accessed or tampered with before it stopped working, but this possibility was never meaningfully addressed. Instead, the hotel ignored our original emails and only responded after repeated escalation through Expedia. Even then, the response was dismissive and lacked transparency. Most disappointing of all was the complete lack of accountability and customer service. We ultimately lost confidence in the hotel and cancelled a further stay that had been booked for September. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise guests not to store cash or valuables in the room safes and to consider carefully how the hotel handles serious customer concerns when things go wrong. I am still awaiting a direct response from the hotel itself. I have been informed by the Best Western regional office that they have been attempting to obtain a response from the Antalya property for more than four weeks without any success. The fact that such a serious customer complaint remains unanswered after this length of time is unacceptable and frankly appalling.

  I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The main reason I chose this hotel, and even its location, was because of the pool facilities that were advertised on both the hotel’s website and Booking.com. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the pool was closed and under renovation. This information was not mentioned anywhere before booking—not on the hotel’s website, not on Booking.com, and not in any communication prior to my arrival. This is completely unacceptable. If a major facility such as the pool is unavailable, guests should be clearly informed before making a reservation. Had I known this, I would have chosen a different hotel. To make matters worse, the photos displayed on Booking.com are very misleading. The reality does not match the attractive images shown online, creating false expectations for guests. It is incredibly frustrating to spend time researching and selecting a hotel specifically because of its pool, only to arrive and find that it is closed. I feel misled and disappointed by the lack of transparency. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. Guests deserve accurate information and honest advertising when making their travel decisions.

  We would like to say a huge thank you to the amazing staff ❤️ Special thanks to Burak for helping us and finding a solution when we arrived very late at night during our honeymoon while we were facing an issue with our booking. He handled everything professionally and made us feel comfortable after a stressful situation. In the morning, we met the lovely Irem — such a positive young lady with a beautiful smile and very professional attitude. She truly made us feel at home. And of course, a very BIG thank you to Burhan. Since I was a child coming to this hotel with my family, he has always been kind, welcoming, and hospitable. Now coming back again with my husband for our honeymoon and seeing the same warm energy was so special. Thank you Burhan for always being amazing over all these years ❤️ Also thank you to Arda for the great hospitality and kindness. Staff like you make people come back again and again
