  Buen hotel en el centro de Antalya, los recepcionistas son amables y atentos, está bien ubicado para ver andando la puerta de Adriano a 8 minutos, el caso antiguo a 15 minutos aproximadamente y el puerto, el desayuno es de buena calidad y de bastante variedad, con piscina grande gratuita y spa de pago, tiene parking al lado del hotel gratuito, con acceso directo al hotel, las habitaciones son cómodas, grandes y limpias, la mayoría tiene balcón con vistas al centro y al mar o a la piscina.

  ​"Konumu ve SPA’sı Olmasa Çekilmez Bir Konaklama" ​Otelinizin merkezi konumu haricinde, ne yazık ki konaklama adına beklentilerimizi karşılayan pek bir şey bulamadık. Odaların durumu ve genel hizmet kalitesi dört yıldızlı bir otele kesinlikle yakışmıyor; baştan aşağı ciddi bir elden geçirilmeye ve özen gösterilmeye ihtiyacı var. ​Bu konaklamayı tam bir hayal kırıklığı olmaktan kurtaran tek şey ise SPA bölümü ve Toprak Hanım oldu. Odalardaki ilgisizliğin aksine SPA'da tam anlamıyla beş yıldızlı bir hizmet aldık. Sert masaj talebimi muazzam bir profesyonellikle karşılayan, üstüne bir de medikal kremle destek vererek harika bir özen gösteren Toprak Hanım, gördüğüm en iyi terapistlerden biri. İşini düzgün yapmaya çalışan, gerçekten işinin ehli ve tecrübeli bir profesyonel. Kendisine bu güzel emeği ve enerjisi için yürekten teşekkür ederim. ​Kısacası; otelin oda ve hizmet kalitesi sınıfta kalsa da, Toprak Hanım’ın harika masajı sayesinde buradan tamamen mutsuz ayrılmadık. Ancak odalarda bu anlayış devam ettiği sürece konaklama için tekrar tercih etmemiz çok zor, sadece Toprak Hanım'ın SPA hizmeti için uğrarız

  Great King Suite with fantastuc air condition. Lots of space too. Nice little balcony, fridge etc. The room was perfect. The service was mixed. Some were friendly and helpful, others not. The consiege was a very helpful and friendly lady. Some in the restaurant too, but mainly not the breakfast sraff cleaning tables etc.The boy in the coffee shop was not even smiling, ever. He seemed to hate his job and was not friendly at all. Breakfast was ok, coffee could have been better. Two nescafe machines which are terrible and one more proper, but the beans not great. Food choices were ok. I appreciated the fresh sliced fruit the most. I asked for a fried egg instrad of omelette, she made it for me so that was good. Crowded in the restaurant unless you go early. Location is fantastic, so were the bed and pillow which is rare to find in Turkey. We would stay again probably.

  Best western khan hotel is very 3rd class and worst service I ever before seen in hotel industry we went 3 days stay here my room’s washroom flush tab is not work I haven't seen it anywhere else where the water returns 20 to 25 minutes after flushing. properly I called many time to reception but they can’t solve my problem literally we use water bottle for washroom and second is very basic problem but they didn’t solve my room phone is also not work so I told many time to reception but they not respond staff is not supportive very rude when I was check in I’ll carry my luggage I ask to manager he said now is luch time and that time was 6pm staff is not available right now lodge is beeter service provide then about this type of hotel so pls don’t go to this property very rude staff worst experience I didn't want to spoil my mood and the trip, so I didn't overthink it. Worst 3rd class experience

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I absolutely loved the breakfast. There was such an amazing variety of food that I felt like I had to explore a different section every morning! It was honestly enormous, with so many options to choose from. The location was another big highlight. The hotel is right in the main area, making it very easy to get around and visit the famous attractions. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, which was really convenient. We also loved the pool area. It was clean, well maintained, and very child-friendly, which was especially important for us travelling with our little one. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. We’re already looking forward to staying here again the next time we visit Antalya!
