- EAEngr. Abood6 days ago5.0The ventilation is not working properly in both the bathroom and the room. The air circulation is quite poor, which makes the room feel uncomfortable. I would appreciate it if this could be checked and improved.

- J2jameelah 22Jul 23, 20263.0الإيجابيات: الفندق جيد جدًا ونظيف، الإفطار متنوع رغم ارتفاع أسعاره، موظفو الاستقبال لطيفون، كذلك عمال النظافة، والسيد علي إحسان ودود ولطيف ومرحب. السلبيات: الغرف لا يوجده بها فرشاة أسنان أو معجون أو مشط. موظفو المقهى تحديدا يفتقرون لأدنى أساليب التعامل مع الزبائن، لا يلتزمون بالطلب وإن علقنا حول الخدمة أبدوا تذمرهم على عكس الطاقم في العام الماضي. لابد من تدقيق الحسابات، مرتين تُوضع فواتير على الغرفة رغم أننا دفعناها في وقتها. أيضاً أسعار الغرف مرتفعة ولا تستحق المبلغ المدفوع.
