  Ailecek toplam 6 gece konaklama yaptık. Otel çok temiz, her şey yeni ve güzel, çalışan tüm personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili, ulaşım olarak kolay bir lokasyonda, otelin açık otoparkında elektrikli araç şarj istasyonu olmasıda ayrıca tercih sebebimiz oldu. Kahvaltı konusunda yeterli ve memnun kaldık, her gün farklı çeşitler eklendi. Fiyat konusunda çevre otel ve bungalovlara göre kesinlikle avantajlı durumda.

  I had an amazing experience at the Holiday Inn. The receptionist, Emra, was extremely helpful and welcoming. He also gave us some great recommendations for restaurants in the city, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was amazing, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel!

  I stayed here as part of the Drogheda United trip to Trabzon. The hotel itself was great, very modern with good facilities, however what made the stay perfect was the hospitality of the staff who always went above and beyond. To give an example one of the very friendly receptionists when I asked for some recommendations for local food options hand wrote a personalised list of restaurants and local food types to try in Trabzon during my stay which I happily worked through! Would highly recommend.

  An Outstanding Stay at Holiday Inn Trabzon East We arrived at the Holiday Inn Trabzon East late on Tuesday, 29th September, and unfortunately had a very late departure on Thursday/Friday, 1st/2nd October. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the hotel and its wonderful staff could not have been more welcoming. The hotel itself was absolutely fabulous — beautifully maintained throughout and kept to an exceptionally high standard. However, what really made our stay so special was the outstanding hospitality shown by every member of staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, helpful and genuinely welcoming. Our group included the Drogheda United FC team, along with a number of supporters and members of our media team. Looking after a large group can never be easy, but nothing was ever too much trouble. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. A particular mention must go to the Hotel Manager, whose dedication and kindness really stood out. He was due to finish his shift at 10pm on the night of our departure, but he remained on duty to personally see our group off. To make things even more special, he arranged for his staff to prepare lunch boxes for us containing a sandwich, a drink and an apple for our journey. That was such a thoughtful and generous gesture, and it perfectly summed up the level of care and hospitality we experienced during our entire stay. On behalf of Drogheda United FC, our supporters and our media team, I would like to extend our sincere thanks to the entire team at Holiday Inn Trabzon East. You made us feel incredibly welcome, and your hospitality will not be forgotten. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this wonderful hotel to anyone visiting Trabzon.   Odalar temizdi sorun yaşamadık fakat otele vardığımızda saat 16.00 yı geçmişti buna rağmen hala odamız hazır değilmiş ve bu sebeple bekletildik normal gitiş saati 15.00 imiş buda normale göre geç bir saat. Ertesi gün kahvaltı sonrası odamıza çıkmak istediğimizde arkadaşımızın kartı otomatik çıkış yapması sebebiyle iptal oldu ve saat daha 10.00 civarıydı. Biz giriş çıkış saatleri konusunda mağduriyet yaşadık birde kahvaltı lezzetsiz ve yetersizdi tek olumlu yanı temiz olmasıydı
