  First of all, I gave the hotel 1 star just to grab your attention. The room was very nice and had a great view, and the front-desk staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience at breakfast was disappointing. I noticed that if you want to receive good service, it seems you need to be sitting with a girlfriend or family. I was looking for somewhere to place my empty plate, and I noticed a staff member helping mainly at tables where there were women. As a solo guest, I felt overlooked, and that was disappointing, so I decided to leave. I spoke to the front desk about what happened, and shortly afterward, a very nice lady came to me, asked what had happened, and listened carefully while I explained my experience. I really appreciated her taking the time to speak with me. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes sure that every guest is treated equally and with the same level of care, whether they are traveling alone, with a partner, or with family. I wish you and your team continued success.

  We stayed here twice during our trips to Turkey this year and really enjoyed our time. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need, there is a pleasant spa where you can book a massage, and the staff is wonderful and very helpful. After our second stay, I accidentally left my watch at the hotel. It is very dear to my heart, and I was truly touched and impressed by how the Guest Relations team helped me. They found the watch, kept it safe, and stayed in touch until our friend was able to pick it up for us. Thank you so much! I truly appreciate your hospitality and all your help. Hope to see you again!

  Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! We were welcomed with such genuine warmth, and being offered a refreshing drink upon arrival was a lovely touch that made us feel instantly cared for. Every single member of the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Simge, Melek, and Ecrin for making our stay even more memorable. Their kindness, attentiveness, and exceptional service stood out and made us feel like valued guests. Our room was spotless every single day. The beds were extremely comfortable, the temperature was always perfect, and we appreciated having fresh bottle of water replenished daily. We also ordered room service, and the food was excellent, delicious, fresh, and delivered promptly. We slept so well throughout our stay and genuinely felt relaxed and at peace. The hotel facilities were fantastic as well. The gym is spacious, modern, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout. We also enjoyed the pool, which was a great size and impeccably clean. The spa area was beautiful, offered plenty of options to relax, and even smelled amazing, creating a calming atmosphere. We also visited the hotel’s hair salon. The staff were efficient and attentive from start to finish. They listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered beautiful results. We were impressed with both the quality of their work and the service they provided. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality, comfort, and excellent facilities.
