  Das Hotel hat uns in vielen Punkten wirklich positiv überrascht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt und wurden freundlich empfangen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal. Vom Concierge am Eingang über die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption bis hin zum Housekeeping waren alle sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Sevil Abla, die sich immer sehr herzlich und sorgfältig um unser Zimmer gekümmert hat. Was uns besonders gefallen hat, ist der persönliche Service. Wir trinken beispielsweise gerne einen bestimmten Tee, der eigentlich gar nicht auf der Karte steht. Trotzdem hat sich das Team darum gekümmert und ihn extra für uns organisiert. Auch bei besonderen Wünschen für das Zimmer oder Dingen, die normalerweise nicht angeboten werden, wurde immer versucht, eine Lösung zu finden. Solche Aufmerksamkeiten haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Das Hotel ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet, sauber und wirken insgesamt sehr neuwertig. Auch die Lage ist wirklich ideal. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt in Karaköy. Die Galatabrücke und der Galataturm sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Man kann bequem nach Eminönü spazieren, ist schnell an den Fähranlegern und kann von dort beispielsweise nach Kadıköy übersetzen. Auch die Istiklal-Straße und der Taksim-Platz sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Für einen Istanbul-Aufenthalt ist das ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Wir sind regelmäßig in Istanbul und haben schon verschiedene Hotels kennengelernt. Hier hat für uns das Gesamtpaket einfach gestimmt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.   We had a wonderful stay at L’Union Han Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and professional, and their genuine hospitality really made a difference. Everything felt natural and sincere, without ever being over the top. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with a lovely view of the tower. We slept very well and were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful it was. Having lived in Asia, we have quite high expectations when it comes to service, and this hotel truly lived up to them. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! Thanks to Ezel, Emin, Turgay and Dogukan ! You were fantastic ! We will definitely come back

  An Exceptional Stay at L’Union Han Istanbul Our stay at L’Union Han Istanbul was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel has a beautiful, luxurious atmosphere, and our room was absolutely stunning — elegant, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It felt like a perfect combination of historic Istanbul charm and modern luxury. What really made our stay special, however, was the service. Every member of the staff we encountered was genuinely welcoming, friendly, professional, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality that we immediately felt at home. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. There was an excellent variety of Turkish-style breakfast items, with plenty of fresh and delicious choices. I especially enjoyed being able to have eggs and sucuk cooked to order, which made the breakfast experience even better. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend L’Union Han to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and authentically welcoming stay in Istanbul. 🇹🇷❤️ and walkable distance to so many attractions.

  В этом отеле прекрасно абсолютно всё - начиная от локации ( самое сердце Каракёя , откуда можно пешком дойти и посмотреть практически все достопримечательности Старого города , Босфор в минутной доступности, модные улочки самого Каракёя и Пера, Галатская башня ) Историческое здание с шикарными и просторными номерами, высокими потолками, отличной шумоизоляцией. Отдельно хочется отметить косметику, которую предоставляет отель в номерах - Aquarius di Parma. Уютнейшее лобби, комфортное заселение, стеклянный пол на одном из этажей отеля , по которому можно прогуляться увидеть лобби. Насыщенный завтрак и особая фишка отеля , это , конечно же ресторан Banca Unione , это невероятный фьюжн турецкой и итальянской кухни, до мелочей продуманный шеф поварами. Однозначно рекомендую к посещению этот прекрасный уникальный и самый первый отель цепочки Vignette Collection by IHG

  A very impressive stay at L’Union Han Istanbul, Vignette Collection. As someone working in the hotel industry, what stood out most to me was the team. Every single colleague I encountered — and I genuinely mean every single one — was warm, attentive, and highly intuitive in understanding what a guest needed. Service felt natural rather than scripted, which is never easy to achieve consistently across an entire team. It is the kind of team culture that makes a fellow hotelier a little envious. One moment that stayed with me happened just before check-out. My room attendant and I could barely communicate through language, but it did not matter. Her smile, positivity, and genuine willingness to help came through immediately. In many ways, that kind of sincere hospitality feels more valuable than perfectly polished, standardized five-star service. The design of the hotel also represents what Vignette Collection does particularly well. The contemporary elements are refined and thoughtfully introduced, but they never overpower the character of the historic building. The original architecture, materials, proportions, and sense of history remain the true focus. It feels like the design team understood that their role was not to reinvent the building, but to reveal and enhance what was already there. Breakfast is not about having an enormous buffet selection. The buffet itself is relatively compact, but the à la carte offering more than makes up for it — every dish I tried was well executed and genuinely delicious. The location is also excellent, with easy access to Karaköy, Galata, and many of Istanbul’s most interesting neighborhoods. A beautiful property, a respectful restoration, and above all, an exceptional team. For me, the people were what truly elevated the stay.
