  I tried the restaurant and took a quick tour of the hotel. They've done an excellent job of preserving the building's heritage and historical character while creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were professional, attentive, and very helpful. The location is ideal for both locals and tourists. The wine list is extensive, the food is delicious, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended!

  I had a fall near the hotel during my trip. Irfan immediately came to my rescue with incredible kindness and care. He personally brought out a first-aid kit, gently disinfected my cuts, and bandaged me up. Beyond taking such great care of me, he also sat down with a map to highlight the best spots to visit in Istanbul and gave me wonderful local tips. Irfan is truly one of the warmest and most genuine people I’ve ever met. His kindness made me feel so safe and welcomed. I cannot recommend this hotel enough—if you are visiting Istanbul, this is definitely the place to stay!

  Just Wow! Had a 1 night layover en-route to San Francisco, and glad I stayed at this new swanky historic IHG property near Galata Tower. The location is perfect, right near the historic heart without being noisy/rowdy. The property is practically brand new (opened mid 2026), and I received tremendous service (genuine, not pretentious/rehearsed) from Turgay and the entire team. I stayed at two other Marriott properties (RC and Orientbank) in Istanbul prior, and I dare say that the service level here is FAR better than that of the RC Istanbul. My platinum IHG benefits are actually recognized here (unlike in many other places) and they provided a room upgrade. They escorted me to my room and also brought a welcome fruit platter (a pleasant surprise as I do love fruits and just got off a long plane ride hungry). The room was spacious and beautiful, with excellent choice of toiletries and other room amenities. The hotel breakfast was similarly excellent, a great buffet line of local Turkish produce and an ala carte menu where they cook you fresh dishes. Again, I highly recommend this hotel and this is how hospitality should be. Big thank you to the team, I look forward to visiting again!

  Our stay at L’Union Han Istanbul, Vignette Collection is exceptional and memorable in every respect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this newly opened hotel has been designed with great care-fresh, elegant, and thoughtfully appointed, blending modern comfort with refined character. The location is ideal. Just a short walk from the tram, ferry terminals, and Galata Tower, it made exploring Istanbul effortless. What truly distinguishes the hotel is its service. The team combines professionalism with genuine warmth, and every interaction feels sincere and considered. Their passion for hospitality creates a sense of being truly welcomed. We sincerely appreciate all employees to name a few, (Mr. Ibrahim, Mr. Furkan) front managers, Ms. Ezel Secik guest relations, Mr. Batuhan restaurant manager and the entire team with no exception, for their kindness, dedication, and impeccable service. Without hesitation, this will be our first choice on our next visit to Istanbul.
